we had two separate projects in our home; did not know Pro Floor C's before Jan2015. Andre and his crews performed two difficult jobs of laying hardwood floors at our home. Every phase of the jobs was handled with care, timeliness and least amount of inconvenience. Andre himself is extremely trade knowledgeable, gives clear directions/instructions to his crew and delivers high quality craftsmanship. It's a pleasure of working with a real PRO.

My husband and I always wanted hardwood flooring throughout our house, however due to the size of the project and the fact that we had to live there while the project was underway , we kept putting it off for a very long time, once we made the decision to do it, we called Pro Floor Contractors and met with Andre the Manager.
Andre was very attentive and considered to the fact that I suffer from allergies, he promised to do the best they could to minimize dust and inconvenience to us for the duration of the project. Andre and his crew were true to their word, they were all very easy to work with, knowledgeable and very thorough. We had a dishwasher leak that seeped under a counter and severely damaged a large piece of our hardwood floor. The floor was engineered hardwood glued over a cork underlay, which was glued on concrete. Andre spent considerable time and effort to determine if there was a way to replace only the damaged wood. Eventually, we had to replace the entire living/dining area.
Andre prepared a complete itemized quote and the work was done on time and on budget. The finished project was immaculate and professional. Unexpected extras included adding doorway thresholds that were not present before, moving larger pieces of furniture, repairing and refinishing minor dings to drywall that were unavoidable when removing the glued-down material, and a cleaning service to handle any dust that remained.
Throughout the project, Andre was readily available for status updates and questions. He is professional, honest and accommodating. We gave him a key and returned three days later to a completed renovation. We have no difficulty in unreservedly recommending Pro Floor Contractors.

Andre and his team did an incredible job transforming our main level with new flooring. While the work was fantastic and the price fair/competitive, we were most impressed by Andre's communication. We were never left in the dark, had immediate responses to questions, and he was able to work around our hectic schedules. No doubt we'll be using Pro Floor Contractors for our next flooring project. Would definitely recommend!

Pro Floor Contractors did a great job on my floors! Andre was great from beginning to end. From the initial assessment, to the product recommendation, the breakdown of the work to be done and suggestions for sub contractors to assist with non-flooring work (e.g. plumbing), Andre was always easy to reach and a pleasure to work with. His team did a great job on the demo and installation of the new floors. My family and I are happy with our new floors and we would certainly recommend Pro Floor Contractors to anyone in need of flooring work to be done.

After my basement flooded, I purchased flooring and agreed to have them install it. They dropped off the flooring, but didn't return my calls about installation. So, that's when I decided to give Andre at Pro Flooring a call. Andre was nothing but professional, we was over at my place within 3 floors of me calling him on Friday to give an estimate. As I was trying to get my basement back in order, he appreciated the urgency, and he juggled his schedule around to have his installers there on Monday morning. They showed up even earlier than anticipated, and finished the job ahead of schedule. The work was immaculate. Very well done. They cleaned up all mess, and did all the cutting outside to prevent dust from going everywhere. Andre is great to work with. Very fast to respond. I highly recommend Pro Flooring. I've worked with numerous contractors on this basement renovation, and these guys are definitely top notch. Given the high quality, and amazing customer service I was shocked how reasonable the prices were. Thanks again Andre you really helped me out, and kept the restoration project on schedule!
