I had a great experience with Premiere and am thrilled with how the work turned out!

I was looking to close up my existing wood burning fireplace and replace it with a modern looking wall unit that would be more functional and would provide more storage space.

I compared Premiere to 3 other companies, and was most impressed by Williams’ (owner) honesty and sincerely in wanting to help me find the best design. His pricing was fair and he was able to meet the timelines I needed for the project.

If I were ever to need any type of cabinetry work in future, Premiere will be the first place I call.

We used Home Stars to find someone to replace our builder-grade mantle and found Williams (Premiere). Williams was very responsive and came to review the project within a few days. He gave us a number of options to consider and supplied us a rough design and quote within 48 hours of meeting him. After a visit to his shop and a few iterations with the design we were happy. Williams had the install ready 3-4 weeks later and completed the build on-time. We had a few surprises outside of anyones control (eg. the fireplace doesn't move - who knew?) and Williams worked quickly with his team to remedy the situation and came back the next day with the material to accommodate the adjustments.

We are incredible happy with the results and would enthusiastically recommend Premiere's services! Williams' entire team was great to deal with and we loved the ultimate product.

We are very happy with the custom fireplace and built ins Williams and his team completed in our family room. A small and non functional fireplace made the room look small and empty before and the new fireplace/built ins make the room so much bigger and more up to date. Throughout the process Williams was very helpful, answering all of our questions and providing helpful design advice. The installers (Wilson & Jordan) were awesome, great attention to detail and the craftsmanship of the entire project is on point. We've had a bad contractor who disappeared half way through out reno job, which left us with a half-broken fireplace and an ugly wall. This is when we found Williams. I have to say he is a fantastic man to work with - he was extremely responsive, very passionate with his work, knows his stuff well, and very professional in what he does. His team accomplished all milestones following his promised timeline, and we were invited to his shop for design discussions and showcasing along the way. He even personally came in to help his workers on a few occasions. Overall, the process has been very smooth, there were no surprises, and we are extremely happy with our final product - it's now a warm and welcoming wall instead of the ugly hole the previous contractor left behind. We just bought a house and they had an electric fireplace in the Living Room. We wanted the electric removed and a new gas fireplace installed. We met with Williams and he had some great ideas. From the minute the project started to the end it was extremely professionally handled. The end result, in my humble opinion is stunning. I have done a lot of work over the years, with various companies and Williams and his crews are top notch. The attention to detail is remarkable. Highly, highly recommend them.

This was our first experience with Premiere Custom Millwork & Fireplaces and as our 10 star ratings indicates, it was a very positive experience. The quality of work was outstanding with particular attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed working with the staff who offered assistance in the design phase and carried out the work to exacting standards.

Premiere has actually done two renovations for me in the last year. The first renovation was at a house I was living in at the time and thought I would stay in. Premiere did a shelving unit and entertainment unit. Both units were done beautifully, on time and on budget. William from Premiere was so easy to deal with and gracious.
We weren’t looking for another house but ended up stumbling onto one that we loved. However, it needed a whole new kitchen and entertainment unit. William, once again, was wonderful. His workmen were always on schedule and very professional. Our wine fridge and one or two other appliances were a little off from the dimensions we provided. Our mistake. As a result, we needed Premiere to make some changes on site. They didn’t blink an eye and made all of the alterations without charge. It’s a really beautiful kitchen in an old Forest Hill home and we are delighted. We hope to not have to go through any Reno’s for a while but if we do, we would use Premiere and William without hesitation.

I cannot say enough good things about Williams and his various teams who completed this job for us! We had an ugly off-center wood burning brick fireplace, and he centred it, built a beautiful wooden mantle with marble inset and hearth and replaced it with a gas fireplace. He was always responsive to my many questions, took time on his first visit to explain how everything would be done, provided a technical drawing of the final product (and put in place my requested changes), and was overall very patient and committed to giving me exactly the fireplace I had hoped for. The teams who worked on the various tasks were likewise great - always cleaned up and left a neat work area; the fireplace installers in particular were very meticulous about trying to get the fireplace as centered as possible; and Wilson, who helped install the mantle at the end, was very painstaking in making sure it looked perfect. Will definitely call Williams for any other custom millwork that we need done.

Our basement renovation included a gas fireplace, bathroom vanity, and entertainment cabinetry. Williams was very helpful with the design layout and selection of finishing and colours. He took us on a tour of his workshop to see the quality of his cabinets being constructed. Throughout the project Williams was very responsive to address any concerns. The quality of the cabinets is excellent and the fireplace is beautiful. We would definitely do business with Premiere Custom Millwork and Fireplaces again and would also recommend him to future clients.
