We had Reynolds Brothers Exteriors come to our house for a quote in 2016. At the time the cost was outside our budget, so we waited to save up. We reached out to Reynolds Brothers Exteriors for an updated quote in 2018 and the company honoured their pricing to our surprise.

From booking to the day they came was about 4 weeks. They came during the day while we were at work. By the time we got home, there was absolutely no evidence that they were even on site... aside for the gorgeous new black gutters to the house. Since they were installed we've had several storms and our walkway has remained dry.

I highly recommend these guys. They know their stuff!

Showed up on time, ensured downspouts were placed where we wanted them, took care to keep the work site tidy throughout the process and left the site clean when they were finished. Polite installers who care about the quality of their work. Installed their leaf guard product to give a stronger final product, that will keep the trough clean.

I am very satisfied with the two installers that completed the job.
They insured that the eavestroughs were accurately placed on an angle to prevent water settling when draining. Something the other company did not do, resulting in ice buildup that damaged the original eavestroughs, resulting in the replacement.
The installers were considerate of the gardens. They also left the correct length of downspout for each drain to accommodate the removal of the rain barrels for winter storage.
