These guys were legendary. I don't like writing reviews but I'll make an exception. They showed up 10 minutes early, communicated and verified what we wanted, while I signed documents with 1 person, the other 2 got right to work. They took just over 5 hours to clear a 2 bedroom apartment that was mostly packed and drive over 40 minutes to the new place, then bring all the stuff UP THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. They didn't grumble, groan or slow down. 5 hours to load and unload everything. With no elevator. With a smile and friendly service. They gave a higher estimate than other places I had spoken to but they came in well under the estimate and I immensely​ appreciate the thorough job they did. In total the job was 7 hours, dock to dock. Absolutely worth every cent.

My move ended up costing more than estimated, but I have a lot of stuff- the guys were great, they let me use a spare wardrobe box and boxed some larger items for me.

Moving between Toronto and Ottawa, with complications on both ends due to scheduling of elevators in condos. In all cases Dinko and the crew were responsible and flexible, and worked to come up with a schedule that met my needs.

Things got there on time and in one piece, and I wasn't charged for anything surprising or unexpected.

Our movers were absolutely lovely. They were efficient, respectful and quite personable. We would recommend them to anyone. Hopefully we won't have to move again anytime soon, but if we do we will call on Augusta!

I have moved several times, always using movers of the value variety. After my experience with the Team at Augusta - I will never consider low cost, low service movers again!

The Estimate:
- The online tool is fairly intuitive and easy to navigate
- The office team is very quick at picking up requests
- The online inventory system could use an update, and mobile optimization
- Dinko and Steve were incredibly patient with my very detailed questions
- Estimate was thorough, easy to understand, and no hidden "gotcha's"
- It was accurate, with a little (30 min) over run, at my request

The Move:
- The Move Team arrived on time
- Super polite, friendly, and respectful
- Very efficient and went to work immediately
- took excellent care with my prized and not-so-prized possessions
- stayed extra time to assemble a complicated bed set, with no instructions and little guidance

Overall:
Just Wow! I do not have a single complaint from what is historically a very stressful day

Tips:
- Be as ready as possible, but if you're not, the team will be super helpful
- Remember to have some water on hand. These guys work hard - and won't stop to even drink unless you hand it to them
- Finally, for Mover newbies. It's customary and important to tip.

I hired these guys from the reviews i seen and wow was i glad. They showed up on time. When they got there with 3 young men 1 came to see what was to be done and go over the job with me the other 2 started unloading moving blankets and runners. They wrapped every piece in a blanket and taped it to make it safe. They didnt stop just went right to work. Got everything done so fast and efficient. They stopped on the way to ne home and had a quick bite to eat and then got right back to unloading. They laid runners everywhere to protect the floors and unloaded so quick. Then unwrapped everything and cleaned up all their tape and rolled up the runners. Everything was inplace where i asked and i went over everypiece and found nothing damaged or missing and was happy. Then they surprised me and said we did this faster than expected so your bill is less by almost 400$
The guys were so amazing and very friendly. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great job.

Augusta Movers were on time to the minute, very professional and quick. The guys were super friendly and careful with our things, making sure everything was wrapped and protected before moving it into the truck. They even came in slightly under budget- bonus!
