Mr.Afshin is experienced inspector , he has a strong combination of both electrical and construction expertise. I hired him to inspecting my home and I found he was excellent inspector indeed he has eye of detail and overcome all the house conditions.also he was on time and spent 3 hours completely.

Afshin did a decent job of inspecting our home! He was on time and he was very knowledgable about building standards. He answered most of our questions to the best of his knowledge.
He prepared a good inspection report (if we ignore the poor grammar and spelling) but he gave us the wrong password, so we were not able to access our report on his website for hours. After calling him a few times, he was persuaded that he had made a mistake and gave us a new password.
Lastly, he asked us to write a "good review" for him. He called us again to make sure we would write a perfect review for him. After I wrote him a very good review (8 stars) he called me back and complained why I gave me only 8 stars!!! I personally find it offensive that he tells you to come and write a good review for him, and when you write him a very good review, he would call you and ask why you gave him a poor review! Because of his call and his unprofessional attitude, I decided to rewrite my review and give my HONEST opinion about his work. I will not change my rating (even though now I think 8 is too high) and I hope I will not receive another call from him telling me to change my rating to a 10.

I have been working with Afshin for over 5 years and he is my go-to inspector when my clients ask for a recommendation. He is punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to homes and home inspections. He completely represents the client's best interest and gives them all the information they need to make an informed decision. Afshin is friendly and gets along great with my clients.
