Great all around. Damian is honest and genuinely concerned with quality and attention to detail. Really pleased with the work and Damian and his main builder Martin are super easy to work with. Working with great guys makes it more comfortable to have people in the home day in and day out. These guys are just good people!! Throughout the process they have walked us through the various steps with clear explanation and advice on best approach. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality. This was our first experience renovating a home and hiring contractors and so we feel lucky we went with Lindsay Contracting.

We used Lindsay Contracting to complete our main and second floor renovation. We completely gutted our kitchen, five bathrooms, redid our flooring and trim throughout the house. Renovations can be a very stressful process but we had a wonderful experience working with Damian and Martin. They are true professionals and we could count on them every step of the way to get the project completed on time and on budget. We are beyond excited about the work they have completed and they exceeded our expectations! We are looking forward to using Lindsay Contracting again to renovation our basement.

We hired Lindsay Contracting to complete the renovation on our living room, Damian and his team made our vision a reality. We knocked out walls to go full open concept and that came with all sorts of issues which we had to discuss, agree on solutions and work with. Damian's instincts are great, he helped guide me to good decisions when I was faced with tough choices. Our home is pretty old and we weren't sure if our vision was possible but Damian's main generalist, Martin worked wonders. He made our wonky ceiling level, made our creaky floors solid and his trim/finish skills are amazing. These guys are honest, hard working and they care immensely about doing a great job for good clients. We are thrilled with how the renos turned out and the experience was fantastic. I 100% recommend Lindsay Contracting.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Damian and his crew. I had an issue with a pipe connecting to my laundry room. Damian and John came out to help us fix the issue and also tested the washer and dryer to ensure there were no other leakages.

Damian's a true professional, is easy to reach and keeps his promises. My wife and I highly recommend Damian to anyone looking to do any renovation work!

Damian from Lindsay Contracting was such a pleasure to work with! I had a slow leak from a pipe that damaged drywall, insulation and laminate flooring. Damian and his team was able to locate the leak, repair the pipe as well as repair the drywall and flooring. The overall expirence left me feeling very satisfied!

Damian was thorough, communicative, and reliable. We worked together to understand project need to put in a new beam in basement in an old Toronto home, agreed on timelines and budgets, and added the window project based on how the work with Damian was going. The crew was respectful of our home (making sure things were cleaned daily) and worked with us on on noise so we can manage/organize around work from home situations.

Lindsay Contracting was recommended to us when we needed to have a new range hood installed. They were prompt, professional, super clean and efficient. Our job was on time and the kitchen looked great when they were done.
I contacted them them this summer for some deck work and as usual - on time, friendly / easy to deal with and thorough - our deck looks great.
