Alpha team came in on time and were efficient.....4 guys tore down the roof and replaced within a span of 8 hours. Roof looks great and clean up was good! More importantly, Sandy (sales person) has committed that if there is any problem in the future, he / his team will come and fix. My high score is also based on this commitment.

I contracted with this company for roof replacement, they gave nice prep talk, once work was started it was left to crew who did not speak english, they left my house in hazardous condition with roof nail piercing right through my both feet. Please added photo. They also threw turbine from my roof top and then put damaged turbine back and when I asked for them to come and fix it their response was unbelievable. I would recommend that there are a lot of roofing companies please verify your references before you assign any work to them.

The roof needs to be replaced. The customer service Candice was very patient in explaining in detail the various packages they offer and what involves in each package, the materials been used. She also provided suggestions and recommendations that is more suitable for the roof of my house. The roofers came on time and cleaned up the grounds after removing old roof and installed new roof. Candice also called me to follow up a few days later to make sure everything is ok. I am very satisfy with this work.

They reshingled and replaced all vents .did clean up as well and they did it all in one day.

Last year I have done my roof with another roofing company. And at the befinning of the year When I had blown shingles, that roofing company just dont pick up the phone any more. My friend had recommand Alpha and they charged 500 to put back those blown shingles. I saw the roofer had done a very neat job, and he even helped me check all the ridges and put in extra nails after done. So I recommend them to my father, as he just need the roof done this year. They came around 8:30 in the morning, and finished before 5 in the afternoon. They took their time to clean up the yard with several magnetic roller and a blower, and also used the blower to clean up the gutter. They had help my father to screw up the nails on gutter, and also thrown away two satelites that did not work anymore. Overall my father was surprised about how organize, fast, and clean they are! Thanks Alpha! Will definitely recommand to other friends and family members.

We were very pleased with work done - roofers were efficient, hard working and polite.The crew maintained focus and kept their attention to detail throughout the project. I was NOT disappointed.Even my husband, who is VERY particular, was impressed. Excellent product. Excellent service..will doing with them gutter next year...Good job guys! Keep doing good!

An amazing nice job done and CLEAN!! They were recommended by one of my partner who has always used their service. I received 4 quotes before them for replacing my roof, which were all over the GTA ranging from $9000 to $18000 (one even wanted $16000 for scaffolding alone!). My roof was a bit difficult for some of reasons:

- the house is very old

- needed removal of 2 layers of old shingles

- was already leaking

- very steep

- flat sections

- 3 stories and very close to neighbour

- all the original wood has to be change

They are not the lowest but is in my budget. super and his team removed the layers of shingle and the wood completed the new roof all in one day. And it was all delivered for the estimated price. It was incredible! After I inspect, not only was the roof terrific, but the surrounding area was completely clean and tidy. To top it off, they also gave me an upgrade on the shingles.

the only reason I docked them a star is that the waiting list is a little long. but I would have liked to have known that this may happen in advance so I could have some temporally repaired.

Overall, very satisfied.
