the audit person that came to inspect our house is an amazing person. Very knowledgeable and professional helpful and kind. Very courteous and was great in providing information in what to expect in regards to the rebate an insulation process and if we had any questions to contact him for anything at our disposal. We made a friend and even our dog liked him too!

I have approached this Home Auditor's Group for my home Energy Audit and have been waiting for Final Audit Report since 2 months. First they send report with wrong home address on it. Then they corrected but was not even evaluated for Government Energy Grant for which I did Energy Audit. Whenever I called, they say it will be done "relatively soon" or Auditor's are looking into it etc. and never give a proper answer. They are telling they have relative large volume of Auditing whenever I enquired the status Audit completion.
Guys, please stay away from this team if you are looking for Energy Auditing on time.

The service provider called called and set an appointment time, then confirmed it with an email, and called the day before to reconfirm. Workers showed up on time, and were polite and professional. They worked efficiently and completed the work in a timely fashion. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional and courteous. This has been the best renovation experience we have ever had. I scheduled my home inspection weeks ago for a Friday, it is required for the energy rebate. I scheduled every window in my house to be replaced the following Monday. The inspector called 30 mins before the inspection to say he was sick and was not coming. No one else is available. I took the day off to meet the inspector and am now out the $5,000 dollar rebate because no company has availability on a Friday afternoon. This company has cost me a day of holiday time and $5,000.

After upgrading our attic insulation, insulating our exterior basement walls, getting a Trane furnace, sealing the air around doors and windows (weather stripping, caulking), all our rooms on our first and second floor are finally the same temperature! Now the temperature matches the thermostat! The representatives from the Enbridge and Greener Homes programs will provide information and links to help you navigate the programs and decrease the workload to know what to do to apply for grants.

Tim of Home Inspectors Group was very professional. He arrived on time and knew exactly what had to be done. He also gave us tips that would make our home more energy-efficient. On top of this, Tim promptly submitted the required documents to Enbridge for the Energy Rebate and we got our cheque in less than 2 months. And we did not even have to call Tim for a follow-up!
