I will definitely be using this company again. This is the 2nd time for us and the employees are fantastic price very fair. They were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! I would absolutely tell people to use them for any junk removal.

The team was very helpful from setting a pick-up date and estimate, which was actually a bit over the cost that I paid. The two-person crew was friendly and efficient. I also appreciated the explanation that the company tries to donate items when possible and will recycle materials when needed. Such a relief to clear my carport of too much stuff!

The truck arrived slightly ahead of time. The two young men were very professional and answered all of my questions. They very efficiently completed the job, leaving the place clean. The cost was very reasonable. I should also mention that the office staff, with whom I had made the prior arrangements, were also very professional and cheerful. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome. Great customer service on the phone and the guys that came to remove the junk. Polite, fast and affordable. I had 40 years of junk and furniture to clean up when moving my elderly parent, about 6 months ago I used a different junk removal that charged by size not weight and the cost was over double for roughly the same amount of stuff.

I used 505 Junk a couple of times this month and both times they arrived at the start of the 2 hr. pickup window, which was a bonus. I was told I would be charged $75 for a truck and crew, plus $0.35/lb. (apartment rate) and that's exactly what I was charged. I also got a discount for being a repeat customer. They weigh all the junk using a scale on the truck and I think that's an objective and fair way of doing things. One crew had to go into a senior's residence with me and they were excellent in following all the Covid-19 protocols.
