Andy is a very decisive individual. Things happen quickly, problems are solved, myriad decisions are made, acted on, and before you know it your job is finished in a timely manner. Andy has a good attitude and is very proud of the care and quality put into his work. He seems to know a lot of tradesmen, electricians, plumbers, cement placers, and gofers. It's hard to pick someone to do your project, they could take forever, make a nuisance of themselves and do a poor job, like when I had my pool put in. Make it easy on yourself. Go with the guy that can make a decision, call in the right help and get them there without delay, remove obstacles, deal with inspectors and get the job finished. For me, Andy is the "go to" guy if you are serious about seeing the project through and getting your life back to normal with as little disruption as possible.

Andrew and Kennedy construction, did all the demo and rough framing for my basement suite that I am installing. They also changed every window in the basement and added some where I wanted them. A couple of things I noticed about these guys was that keeping the site clean was a priority. They put down these walk way pads through my house where they would be coming and going. Also a vacuum was left on site the entire time for all the other trades to use and clean up with. Andrew gave me an estimate and we kept very close to it except for my overspending! All in all good experience doing the job with them and I'v been recommending them ever since. His sub trades are great too. Thanks Andrew. Phase 2 is coming soon.

We are always happy to hire Andrew when there's a project to be done. We can always count on Andrew to be on time, on budget, tidy, communicative, and friendly. We've heard horror stories about other contractors, and we're glad to say we've never been able to relate!
