The team from JMT was fantastic. We debated and received proposals from various independent and large roofing companies - it was overwhelming honestly. But, I had a good feeling about JMT right from the beginning and they met and exceed our expectations - thank you, thank you!

JMT Roofing did a great job on our home. The workers were skilled and professional, the quality of the material was excellent, the work was completed quickly (just one day to do the main house) and they were fastidious in cleaning up. I recommend them highly - definitely a 10 out of 10!

This is my second time resubmitting a review forJMT roofing, since Homestars is unable to find my first review from 3 days ago. I wanted to make a special effort to review and let other people know what an amazing and honest company that JMT was.
Firstly, it starts with the owner John, who not only comes in with an excellent estimate but his friendly manner and his promises were true. When John outlines the upcoming project to his customer, the resulting outcomes are "bang-on," from the workplace preparation to the great daily clean up. Secondly, the crew headed by Brian were professional, respectful of property, homeowners and neighbour. My roof was originally supposed to take a day and a half but went for 2 days due to 3 layers of old shingles which proved difficult to remove. I highly recommend John to my friends and family and to whomever will listen. Thanks again John, you have a winning formula for future business success.

When we first met John the owner of “JMT” he was professional, knowledgeable, had exceptional interpersonal skills and he knew exactly what we needed for our home.

After receiving 4 quotes from other roofing companies “JMT” was the most affordable price that no one can beat! He took the time to explain the fine details of the job; materials used and gave us a few suggestions for our home project.

Within a day our roof was installed and the crew on site was organized and efficient. They even cleaned up every single piece of garbage which were very happy.

Overall our new roof looks amazing. Our eyes popped out how clean and complete it was. It truly makes a difference when replacing your old roof.

Thanks to John and his crew we also received brand new black gutters that made our home even more beautiful.

My first priority in looking for a roofing company was quality of the work with price secondary. JMT roofing was the low bidder and included top quality materials (Titanium 50 underlay etc) that others listed as options. John was very cordial and accommodating. Brian and his crew worked very hard and did an excellent job, both on the roof and cleaning up and protecting our property as well as the neighbors. Even the neighbors commented on the quality of the work and the cleanup. Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend JMT, and in fact, have already done so.

Great service, from the beginning all the way till the clean up at the end! Very helpful with the job information and very friendly too. The roof looks great, definitely would greatly recommend to others!

I am very satisfied with the new roof, it was completed in a single day! People were very friendly and professional, both the service and work done exceeded my expectations.

The team was fantastic. Installed the new roof in a single day. The workmanship was great. People are nice and polite, and more than willing to return the next day to fix a very minor issue (a cap installed slightly tiled to one side). Another minor issue was that I picked up around half a dozen old roofing nails from my driveway around where the trash bin was; and some more around the house. I guessed it's normal for such kind of job. So I still would give them a 10.
