These guys are very shady and not ethical business people. They clearly tell you one price over the phone and then flip the costs on you once they have packed the truck. PLEASE BEWARE.
The guy I dealt over the phone beforehand clearly told me that their truck plus 2 labour workers and 1 day storage would be no more than $350-$400 maximum. So I book their services 2 weeks before they were supposed to come to my place and move my boxes. No documentation was every sent to me. Only "OK Sir we will see you then".
On the day of moving they showed up 3 hours late, and they had a million of excuses of why they were late. They force you to sign a form that was not presented to me beforehand for me to review.
So now they force you in hard position because you need a mover and you are forced to sign a document that blatantly allows to them over charge you for hourly work. This includes all travel time, back and forth etc...which was never discussed on the phone.
The next day when my contents were supposed to be delivered at my new house, I had called their main office before they arrived to verbally complain and to ensure I was not going to be hit with a surprise bill. He says "Don't worry Sir everything will be as promised as per our original costs discussed over our call ($350-$400)".
When the drivers showed up they completely play ignorant and say we must collect $700 first before we unload anything - as per the head office instructions. So essentially they are holding your contents as hostage. I tried to all my contact at their head office and this guy plays dumb and says sorry Sir you signed a form and you owe this increase in money.
I have never been so disgusted with a moving company ever before in my life. I highly recommend anyone considering their services BUYER BEWARE!!!! I will never use them ever again!!!
