Michael showed up prepared and ready for a detailed inspection of the property we were looking to buy. Michael was recommended separately by our realtor and mortgage broker. He was very thorough and concise on the inspection. He examined every nook and cranny that was accessible without tearing apart the structure. He was very professional throughout the inspection and had great attention to detail. He recommended work that needed to be done in the near future and down the road. His walk through and ability to answer all my questions gave me peace of mind that buying the inspected property was a good decision. It is very nerve wracking being a first time home buyer but it is definitely worth doing a home inspection to give a clear picture on the property and what to expect when taking possession of the home. Michael really takes his time check everything about the building and the apartment even that I cant attend. He make sure everything was check, because I wasn't there for the building inspection, but his report was so detail that it's easy for me to understand.
