Budget Blinds Of South East Toronto

A couple of months ago, I had Budget Blinds replace my home office window coverings with roll-up blinds and drapes. I was very pleased with the service I received. The look that was achieved was beautiful and serene and made the office much more attractive and inviting.

I'd worked with Karen's team before on another project in my home and they were my automatic first choice when I decided I'd had enough of my worn old office blinds.

I dread having to choose among endless options of fabrics, colours, etc. So I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when Karen quickly narrowed down the samples based exactly on my specifications. She has great style sense and really listened to me.

I'm also impressed with the variety and quality of products offered by Budget Blinds and at reasonable prices. I find the staff are very attentive and accommodating.

The installation was done on time and professionally. There was a small issue with one blind not rolling up as high as its twin on the neighbouring window, but the installer returned and fixed it quickly at no extra cost.

A number of people have commented on how attractive the window coverings are.

Bill - our installer was outstanding - and VERY patient with us !! He noticed right away there was a flaw in one of the blinds and made sure a replacement was ordered right away !! I have been away for a few months - and Bill stays in touch in an effort to install this final blind ! I am VERY impressed with his customer service skills and feel that he has made the whole process such a pleasant one !!!! Thanks for sending such a competent, wonderful service man - he made everything perfect !! He did an amazing job - with window frames that made his work anything but easy !!!! Loved everything !! Happy with in home consultation. Great to see samples in home. Purchased cordless 2" faux wood white blinds. A little expensive but amazing quality. Worth the money spent! Also comes with a fantastic warranty. Took advantage of their February sale. Installed in 2 weeks. Received a thank treat in the mail.

Karen was a professional in every way. I found her to be very helpful in assisting me to make a decision about the kind of blinds I would need for the southern exposure in my living and dining space. I think she is a great asset to the company and I wish her much success.

I was very pleased that they were available to come to my home and measure. The rep was happy to work within the budget I gave him and made suggestions to keep to that budget. The installer was pleasant and arrived on time and worked quickly. He had to return as one blind was not wide enough and he reviewed with me - at my request - the way the raising and lowering of the blinds worked and had me practice to make sure I was okay.

Super friendly, knowledgable and patient staff- they come with ideas, and let you decide what works best for you! We have felt like vips after our first experience with a quick turn around on the blinds, as well as little things like a thank you card being sent our way! Great quality everything!

Quality product, workmanship and service. Budget Blinds has lots of choice of colour, style and sizes - anything goes. I loved the fact that the salesperson comes to your house with loads of samples. Window coverings are very difficult to choose but Budget Blinds takes away all the hastle that comes with this task.
