I had my three bedroom house painted and I have to say from the beginning of the process of the first phone call with Sarah, I was so incredibly impressed. Sarah was so professional, knowledgable, and just overall amazing in every way. The work that was performed was perfect, the guys that came in were so nice and pleasant and they were so clean. The amount of complements I have on the work done is certainly a compliment to your staff and company. I would recommend your company to all of my friends and if there is any other work that needs to be done I am going to call Sarah right away. Thank you for just a lovely experience.

Was finishing my basement and needed help with drywall. The company was on time, and gave me an honest estimate as to their cost and what they would do.

Although I did not end up with them, I would recommend the company to anyone.

Will never rehire. Read the terms and conditions carefully before when comparing to other companies. Materials not included, even for work under warrantee, and no clean up. My invoice included sandpaper and driveway stain remover. Won't even go into the quality issues. Owner was unprofessional; It all starts at the top.

My dealings with this company from start to finish went pretty much as well as I could have hoped. By the time Wail had finished, the area where a hole in the ceiling had previously existed was undetectable, without the need for a complete paint job with all of the resulting turmoil. He even taped & tarped off the area that he was working in to ensure that no mess was spread to the rest of the room. Afterwards, there was no sign that he had even been there - except that the hole had disappeared! This wasn't a large job, but it was enough to tell me if I would use this company again.

After reading many positive reviews, I decided to request a quote from Perfect Painters online. Being an extremely busy individual, I actually ignored the response their inside sales staff sent back to me within 24 hours. However, after a week, I received a follow email to see if I still required an estimate. Being a businessman, I very much respected their follow up and professionalism. I then moved forward with an estimate. They assigned Frank to quote on the installation of laminate flooring and painting throughout at one of my rental condos and happily accommodated a weekend appointment. Frank was very knowledgeable and honest during the entire estimation process and I received the quote within 48 hours. He worked with the condo property management to ensure an inspection of the underlayment was completed prior to laying the laminate as per the condo rules. The workers accommodated a closet wardrobe I had installed in the second bedroom (moved the wardrobe out to lay the laminate, then moved the wardrobe back into position). On the paint side of things, it was clearly evident that the painter took their time and didn't rush as evidlaminate the perfect cut lines. I will definitely be calling Perfect Renovations again on all future jobs.

Rob, Jeff and their crew did a great job on the numerous reno items we wanted done before we moved into our new house. It was a tight schedule, but they got the job done. They were always willing to listen to our ideas and implement them as soon as possible. Their craftsmanship was top notch too! We will definitely consider using them on our next reno project.

The workers did a fantastic job taking care of the little things. The ceiling never looked better as they carefully took care of any little marks and holes. The two times they had to improvise they did a wonderful job. They clearly took pride in their work.

Great work very precise and prepared before and cleaned up after completed. Have recommended them already and friends and family have been happy!!

Carl did an amazing job of repairing and painting the wood on all of my window ledges as well as matching all the paint colours for 2 bathrooms and one powder room and most of the doors in our condo. He was very tidy, efficient, and professional ! I would definitely hire Carl and Perfect Painters again.
