Quick, clean and on time. Paint job was perfect, and there was no mess left behind. Painter came in and worked a full day, had the job done as soon as possible. It was well appreciated since we needed the house for a wedding 2 days later.

We are extremely pleased with all the work The Perfect Renovation Group for us in order to give us the basement we wanted. They were professional and dedicated from start to finish, keeping us updated throughout the process and giving suggestions on how to make things better or providing workarounds. We had new hardwood stairs put in, new laminate, potlights, and a new stoneface- wall. Big thanks to project manager Rob for taking such good care of us, also to our carpenter and stainer who crafted our new stairs from scratch, it's just marvelous work!

Most important to me was the quality of the work and Asif the project manager and his team did a magnificent job. Rick was able to match up the wallpaper with precision while the other crew members made great suggestions. The cost estimate was very reasonable and the work performed was very tidy. I certainly will be using Perfect Renovations again for my future projects.

Les provided everything I needed and more, I would definitely recommend Perfect Painters and Home Renovation Services given their professionalism and hard work on my new house including painting, electrical work and handyman expertise. I had a lot of little projects that required addressing prior to list, so I preferred a one-stop shop that could handle a tight timeline with different contractor specialists to get the work done concurrently. Asif the Project Mgr came in to quote right away, was very easy to deal with, and very fair in his quotes. As the job progressed there were other items I added onto the list, and was again quoted fairly & immediately, and work ensued shortly after. There were 2 teams brought in: Team #1 for Landscaping & Painting; and Team #2 for Basement Reno. The first Team #1, completed Landscaping & Painting way ahead of schedule than originally anticipated - they were fast, and they were efficient - and did an excellent job. The second team however, albeit they got a head start vs the other team, were onsite earlier, on time and for a longer duration; I found this particular subcontractor's work to be slow, and sloppy in reno'ing the bsmt - but Asif remained in constant contact with me throughout and addressed any and all of my concerns, eventually bringing back the more efficient & experienced Team #1 crew to save the Basement project, finishing it off correctly and to a level I wanted. As a homeowner, I was very hands-on with these projects, so I appreciate their patience with me, along with their strong work ethic. Their customer service-based approach was top notch, and they were courteous, efficient, professional, very helpful, and delightful all around.
