From start to finish the office support team as well as the on-site team were excellent! Eugene and his crew did an amazing job of waterproofing the outside front and side of our home and the clean up was perfect!

Our basement would leak when there was a heavy downpour around the fireplace and below the window well. Terry, the project manager , inspected the affected areas and provided his opinion on probable cause. He then asked me to perform a ground water test with my garden hose. After approximately 20 minutes water leaked down into the basement and this confirmed conclusively the cause and origin of the leak. The work was done by Igor and Slava. I was totally impressed with their work ethics and their skills, These two men are real assets to Aquatech. They even replanted cedar trees they removed . They hosed the patio and left the area as if no work was done. Very impressed with the high standard of their work. It has not rained since completion of the work but with their different layers of waterproofing, I don't expect any leaks.

This was a wonderful company to work with. Terry, who came to give me an estimate was always punctual, communicative and very pleasant. The guys who came to do the work were very friendly and didnt hesitate to explain to me everything I asked about. They cleaned up everything before they left after working for an extremely long day. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company.

I put off having waterproofing done for years because of the expected
mess and complications. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in one day. Thought I'd have to tear down and rebuild a deck, but
it was no problem to work under it. No mess to clean up afterwards,
I can't praise the crew enough, they were fantastic!

Igor & Aleks worked nonstop to add waterproofing, weeping tile, sump pump, and a window well to a troublesome corner of the basement. Will call them again if I need the rest of the basement waterproofed. Great work!!

Our basement flooded in the storm and we called 5 contractors, all of which either said we'd have to wait a week just to get a quote, or said they would come and didn't bother to even call to say they were overwhelmed and couldn't make it.

Terry from Aquatec found a 20 minute window between quotes, sent us a quote that night, and requested the locates first thing.

It rained the day after the locates arrived, but Terry had our crew on site the next day.

Igor and his crew were fantastic. I can't believe three guys were able to dig almost 20 linear feet 5' deep, fix and waterproof the block wall, install a new weeper, backfill and replace everything so you could barely tell they were even there. Same goes for the sump pump they installed inside that afternoon in just a few hours. Superhuman.

Great job, on time, clean and neat and great customer service too. Definitely recommend them!
