Aquatech Basement Waterproofing

From the very beginning the Aquatech team has been very helpful, professional and quite forthcoming about prices. This was immediately apparent because Eugene was trying to understand precisely what needed done so that he could give a range (costwise) to expect over the phone. I tried calling a couple of other places beforehand and even had people come down to quote me on the job. Given those experiences, I actually feel very fortunate to have come across Eugene and the team. When he came to my home to confirm what we had talked about over the phone he simplified everything, had great suggestions, didn't try to upsell and was a concise pro.
The two man crew came in and completed the work as outlined a day later. They were efficient and left the place clean. I will definitely use Aquatech for future projects.

I had called several companies for quotes on waterproofing my basement after foundation water damage. Aquatech provided great customer service and care and sent someone out the next day to inspect and deliver a quote. From the first meeting I decided to go with this company, throughout the process they were very professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. I had part of my garden dug up and they even put back my garden fencing and replanted my flowers! I was worried about the aesthetics from digging up all around my house but somehow they made it look better than before they started. Shortly after they finished we got a lot of rain and where the foundation was leaking is now completely dry. I cannot recommend them enough for waterproofing needs! Igor/Aleks were great ! We had a window well that was not draining properly and filling up with water. Over 10 years ago we had a company take out the window, replace it with cinder blocks and waterproof the exterior. They did a poor job as water continued to leak in through the blocks. We hired Aquatech to remediate the situation. They recommended digging across 10 feet and down 10 feet, installing new weeping tile and several layers of waterproofing material. The consultant, Eugene who came to give the quote was professional and offered the most comprehensive solution of all companies who quoted. Igor and another young man came to do the work. They laboured tirelessly, were professional and seemingly did a wonderful job. I am truly hoping that this will resolve our issue. I would not hesitate to recommend Aquatech and thank Igor and the other young man, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, for their backbreaking work.

Aquatech was a joy to work with. They educated us on the task, provided the due diligence we required, and did the job in one day. The set up and clean up were amazing. We especially liked the fact that soil "tamping" was done in multiple layers to really set in the soil. That was an important feature to us. Shawn was very easy to work with. We highly recommend this company.

Extremely satisfied with the quality of service provided by Igor and Aleks. They installed a sump pump, weeping tile and vent to help us with a water issue in our basement. They also cleaned up so it looked like they were never here. Would definitely recommend Igor, Aleks and the Aquatech team to anyone dealing with a wet or damp basement.
