Great job boys! These guys are on time and professional. Our BBQ has a time bomb. No more flame ups and the starter actual works again. I feel like Ive saved the cost of a new BBQ.

I contacted Jack for his help to clean my BBQ.

His team was punctual and they walked me through the process of what they were doing. Jack is very knowledgeable and responsible and offered entertainment for my two kids!

Well Done BBQ's provided excellent service. Jack and his colleague were professional, courteous, hard-working and more than helpful. As it was the beginning of the season, they even retrieved hose/reel from garage and turned on outside water tap. Great job of cleaning up and our 10 yr old bbq looks brand new!

my bbq is 12 months old, rotisserie burner would not light so I thought I would have it cleaned and serviced. the 2 lads where friendly and set to work after the cleaning they said there not allowed to look at the burner that's still not working I was upset.
After they left I noticed that the stainless steel lid was badly scratched was not before, and the infrared side burner was now not working it was before they "serviced it" so to be honest very disappointed with the whole experience and will not recommend them at all.

I have a gas Weber and it went through 4 seasons of serious grilling plus being uncovered this past winter, oops! After the cleaning by Well Done BBQ our grill looked brand new and worked so well. I highly recommend getting your BBQ cleaned by these guys every couple of seasons. Thanks Well Done BBQ!!!

We had a good quality, 10-year-old BBQ that had never been properly serviced. It was showing its age. Moving into a new home, we decided to get this BBQ cleaned up, instead of buying a new one. The team at Well Done did a great job. Got rid of the rust, starter works like new, I'm loving grilling steaks again. Very happy.

They came by almost immediately, and gave me a quote knowing that it might make sense to replace the BBQ rather than fix it up. But we decided to fix it up, and I'm so glad we did. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. The job was arranged by email easily. Initial work was not quite up to standard but this was quickly corrected with minimal effort on my part. Jack Bruner really went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. BBQ looks and works great!

Great job Jack. If I knew this existed, I would have done this years ago. not only did they clean and fix my BBQ they also gave me some helpful tips for the futre. I would tell anyone one to do this. Trust me, you can really taste the difference. cheers
