Ontario Asbestos Removal

Based Homestars reviews, I contacted Ontario Asbestos removal and one other company for quotes. Marcello arranged to come out the next day to have a look. I found him to be very personable - he explained the process and assured me that it was not a difficult job. When we got a second quote, we were shocked to find it was nearly triple Marcello's quote! We actually called Marcello to go over the OTHER itemized quote because his seemed almost too good to be true in comparison. He was really helpful and made us confident that he was the right guy for the job. Marcello arrived when promised, and once he finished isolating the pipes he showed me his progress. After the area was prepped, his crew finished the asbestos removal in just a couple of hours - and they did a great job! Marcello even cleaned a couple of extra pipe elbows that I found after his initial quote at no extra charge. We are so pleased we chose to go with Ontario Asbestos Removal - and as other reviewers have said: DON'T EVEN BOTHER GETTING OTHER QUOTES - Marcello is the best!

It is NOT a given that a good rating will be a good experience. But, this company (Marcello and team members) offered a no fuss, no problem customer experience that could not be beat. They were not my first call- they were my best call! They did not portray the job as difficult or risky, they just did as they promised (draping and sealing the area) and got it over in minutes. Perfect! Too bad all contractors can't abide the same service standard.
