In Awe Roofing

We started with some fascia board that were rotted, and knew our tile roof with hidden gutters was in need of work.

We contacted In Awe and worked with them over a few months to:
1) Fix all of the hidden gutters and all of the necessary tile work
2) Replace all of the fascia boards - separate from roof work but in the end over 75% of them were rotted
3) Replace all of the metal flashing that was old and in need of updating - this was done after our home was painted.

Rick and In Awe Roofings work was done as a part of an almost $50,000 upgrade to the exterior of our home including new paint, new accent limestone and entirely new lighting. This was an incredible undertaking, but in the end this crew and their team performed the best out of all vendors chosen through this process!

Very satisfied with the roofing replacement done by In Awe. They use high quality materials and processes and have good attention to detail. The work looks good and they were always on top of the cleanup. They do not take on too many jobs at once, to make sure they do not lose control of quality and timeline.

I knew for a long time my roof was old, as the 30 year old shingles were regularly flying off, revealing the original near 50 year old shingles. Well it starts leaking a bit just after Christmas, I find this company on line with some good reviews, and click “chat” . Guy answers back right away, comes over that night in the pouring dark rain and gives me a fair estimate. Rick schedules it for starting the very next week, two guys start and do a detailed meticulous job , scraping off one area at a time, carefully tarping up whatever to start again the next day. Went a bit slow, but I could see the mess they were dealing with. Went a bit over the original estimate, but the negotiation was very fair. Dynamite job, the father /son team did a great careful job. Rick came at the end for a double check, closing the loop. Great guys all around.

They did their work quickly and was very pleasant and open to answering any questions I had. I didn’t even know that they were working on my roof because they were so quiet.

Father and son team was supposed to be the best team for this job, after 2 weeks of very slow progress, poor workmanship and constant arguments with In Awe supervisor the team was apparently let go from In Awe. This made the 2 week job into an over a month project. The supervisor was great, fixed all the issues and keep me up to date with the progress. We are happy with the final results but unfortunately the project didn’t go as well as originally planned.

Rick and his team did a great job to replace my roof. They are professional and hard working, they care in detail when installing the new roof. Another good thing is the price they ask is fair for the job. Thank you Rick and team, I am enjoying my new roof.

The work on my roof was completed in a timely and professional fashion to my complete satisfaction.An eg of this companies integrity.My roof was leaking and starting to cause problems in my kitchen's ceiling.Theowner of company came out in person on a weekend durrig a rain stormand put on a temporary patch ,until they could re roof my roof as scheduled.A very professional company that delivers what they promise!!

I retained the services of In Awe Roofing for an addition project. They removed and disposed of the existing roof and plywood sheeting, installed all new plywood sheeting and re-shingled the entire house. The In Awe crew worked closely with my carpenter and crew to ensure the project proceeded smoothly. They showed up on time and worked diligently until the project was completed. The quality of work was top notch and they kept the work site clean and orderly. Rick was easy to work with and communicated well. I will definitely retain their services again for my next project.

I thought I needed to replace my roof , but when they did an estimate they told me I just needed a repair that would get me another 4 to 5 years out of the existing roof that was aged. Most people on the street replaced their roof that was almost same age as mine . They were personable , professional, have integrity, quality work and arrive when they say they will. Very pleased, it’s been a year since the repairs and no issues , when I have to replace it , they are my go to for sure
