It is unfortunate, but that is not the first time I have heard a customer remark that other companies have refused to do repairs because it is not a big money maker. I always put myself in the customers position and I can understand how frustrating that must be. That is why it is crucial for us a company to take on any project big or small. Thankfully not every roofing project reveals problem areas otherwise unknown until discovered. But when we do, our policies are in place to ensure that the customer is fully informed and understands their options - before moving forward and making a decision they may later question. At In Awe Roofing we honestly have every customers best interest at heart and want to give peace of mind. Hi Jean, your project turned out to be quite a transformation and we are so pleased to have been given the opportunity by you to make it happen. I love your osteoporosis analogy! Sometimes extensive damage cannot be found until the outer layers of a structure have been removed. But there is always a solution. No more need to feel shame, as your carport and potting shed not only look amazing, but the structure is safe and secure.
