Mark replied promptly, showed up on time and couldn't install the units because the dryer plug was in the wrong place. He made arrangements to come back and didn't charge us for the first service call. I would definitely recommend him.

I had Lowe's deliver (and supposedly install a LG washer and dryer), however, they did nothing. I did the hook up but I had problems balancing the machines. I emailed Mark and he responded right away. He told me next day service and came fixed the balance issue in 15mins and tested. All good. Great service. Thanks

Mark was very professional accommodating and helpful. He returned several times to ensure the job was perfect and identified & rectified mistakes made by other trades.

Mark arrived on time as promised and quickly installed the microwave. He the reinstalled the dishwasher which I had previously installed myself but it just wasn't right. It wasn't the easiest job but Mark said he would make it perfect or there would be no charge.

Mark was excellent with the job and provided best advice despite of a sloppy duct work done by the builder, he was able to install the rangehood as well as coming up with a temporary fix for the existing duct work. Most likely to ask him come back to re-do the duct from the outside. Extremely happy with his workmanship and professionalism.

Mark and team arrived and promptly went to work. They installed a suite of KitchenAid appliances (Dual fuel range, convection MHC, Dishwasher and Refrigerator with water). Install was done with precision and in a timely manner. They also installed Whirlpool front load washer and dryer with pedestals that are perfectly balanced.
