I mentioned his price was high comparing with others. he adjusted it to be acceptable. I did not choose cheaper one instead of him because Novak is easy to deal with and back up his Job quality with confidence. It gains trust for long team service we need. We needed to replace our eavestroughs and contacted Novak Aluminum. We received a detailed quote and a sample colour and brochure were sent in the mail to us. The installation was excellent, Novak made some adjustments with the placement of the eavestrough downspouts which provided us with more space. He also fixed several items at no extra cost. We would highly recommend Novak, he was very friendly, helpful and we are extremely happy with the work done.

These guys do a great job and are so easy to work with. From the estimate to the work completion they were great. The owner is a great guy that does extra stuff for you without the nickle and diming so many do. He cleaned out the back eavestrough, that wasn't part of the quote and trimmed a lot of branches to help us out.
Just a great company that I would recommend to anyone looking for quality, reliabilty and honesty.

Both times we've worked with Novak, the responses have been very quick and professional, and the work was done quickly once the estimate was approved. Novak are friendly on site and get their work done quickly.

Same day service done right! Can’t say enough nice things about the integrity of the work performed by Novak Aluminum. Was in a bind with some nasty weather headed to YYZ and these guys came to the rescue before things potentially got way more expensive to repair. Highly recommend these guys and it’s nice to make some new friends along the way.

Needed a new downspout. Turned out I needed more than one. The work was done as suggested, on time and the workmen were great. I would recommend them any time.

I hired Novak Aluminum for eavestrough and siding replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Novak and his partner are the friendliest, most professional and considerate installers, super concerned about the aesthetics and the environment. Convinced me to disconnect the downspout, and diverted the rainwater into my perennial garden. Made minor corrections happily at no extra cost. This was a challenging job because the space between the houses was tight. Not a speck of dust was left when they were done.
Reserve their time well in advance, because they are super busy!
