Novak did a great job on my gutters and downspouts I am very satisfied with the work done. They were extremely professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process.

I had Novak Aluminum replace my aluminum soffits, facia, and gutters in 2019. The job was perfect. On Saturday October 15, 2022, strong winds caused a piece of soffit to come off, so I contacted Novak. They came out Monday October 17th, and replaced the piece, and other minor fixes. You really can tell a great company by the kind of customer service you receive 3 years after installation!

My insurer was not responding to my need for a small emergency repair (1 hour) to my eavestrough. I needed this repair to stop water from entering my basement after the storm on May 21; both my porch roof and my eavestrough needed to be replaced. The insurer and the roofing/eavestrough contractor would not take care of this emergency repair but expected me to wait for a month when the contractor would start the roofing/eavestrough job. I called Novak on Friday and explained the job and it was completed on Saturday.

The installation was done very efficiently. The team was onsite on time, they took proud of their work, very friendly and professional. They left the site very clean and neat, no mass made or left behind. All the cutting and joints/connection is very detailed.

It rained heavily right after the job was done, no issues have been observed since then (now almost a month).

I also really like that Novak always gives you heads up. Before the job starts, he messaged a couple of days ahead. Given its very weather dependent and how busy the schedule must be in the summer, I really appreciated his heads up calls.

I called Novak (the owner) to get an estimate to replace some vinyl siding and a downspout, which were damaged by a fallen tree limb during a windstorm. He responded and gave me an estimate promptly. He communicated exactly what would need to be done and came in at a much lower price than two other quotes. He sent a crew member over to conduct the repairs as soon as the weather co-operated.
