Structube Oakville Winston Gate Shopping Centre

I bought a Bedroom and Dinning set. nice looking furnitures, but the sales rep seemed disspassionate about her product and didn't seem care to make a sale. Should do a better job making the customer feel special.

Furniture is nice and cheap, but the purchasing experience could have been much better. The girl helping us barely cracked a smile the entire time, and it seemed like she was rushing us out the door. She had an attitude and was rude and no one there seemed very eager to help.

Purchased 2 couches, a 3 seater and a loveseat in June/07. They delivered the couches in a week (as promised) and within the specified time.

The only hiccup was that the screws for the sofa legs weren't included for one couch. But we live nearby the store and were able to pick them up the same day.

We've had the couches for about 6 weeks and no problems yet. I will be scotchguarding them myself.

All in all, the customer service was very good and I was very happy with their timeliness - I know furniture delivery can be an issue with some retailers. I would definitely shop at Structube again.
