I used the service as my previous lock gave up on me. The technician came fast and he removed ( drilled) the old lock in no time ( did not pick it ).
While you wait for him do yourself a favor and go and buy a replacement ( if you can), it will speed up the process, however, the technician has some for sales too but you have to pay for installation/labor. ( regular-simple up to smart locks). I purchased a smart lock from them.
If you have ANY concern you can call and talk with them and I am sure you will find solutions.

I was unable to access my condo mailbox and after contacting Canada Post, I was advised that they would be unable to help me.
Nick arrived at my condo within 20 minutes after the dispatcher call. He informed me of what needed to be completed and how much it would cost (reasonable).

Got locked out of my basement apartment and not only was the dispatcher so nice and sweet but the service was exceptional. Nick showed up quicker than I expected, informed me on the two possible solutions and once the job was done he was so nice to me and my two dogs.

NIck did a great job installing our new Yale smart lock This installation was particularly difficult because he had to enlarge an existing lock hole in our door. Called and asked earlier in the week for a lock replacement. Co-ordination and over-the-phone service was great. Nick came by and an efficient job replacing the locks. Might have only been at work a half hour tops before being home. All in all great service.
