Lee was great. He walked us through all the steps, laid out a kitchen for us based on our expectations, was always asking useful questions, and he made helpful suggestions along the way to make sure we were going to be happy with our new kitchen cabinets. He also let me take care of the stuff I wanted to take care of, and was easy to work with, flexible within reason, and a nice guy to boot. Lee and his team kept our place very clean and he left the work-site organized and tidy every night. Really pleased with his work - I feel like I lucked out by picking him to work on our kitchen reno.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the new kitchen Lee and his team built for us leveraging the Ikea 'Hittarp' product. From the moment we met Lee during the measuring process, to the last day of the install, his entire team was extremely professional, very friendly, and easy to chat with. The kitchen was completed in about 3 weeks which included removing existing kitchen cabinets, adding potlights & venting, building and installing new cabinets, and updating the plumbing.

Aprox cost includes demo, build, install, with Lee. Countertop costs included but purchased and installed by a 3rd party. Does not include cost of cabinets or new appliances. My wife and I will install our own backsplash.

Advice for those hiring Lee & team: Make sure you get all of your questions answered before work is scheduled as it might be difficult to make modifications. Also, if any work or 'cutting' is to occur in your garage, make sure you cover & protect all of your belongings. While the inside of our house was covered and protected, some wood cutting had to occur in the garage where items were personal items were not covered/protected. I was required to complete an extensive cleaning afterwards.

We used LS Kitchen Specialist for our kitchen renovation, which included removal of the old kitchen, design and installation of a new kitchen, laying of a new tile floor and some electrical work.

From the design stage through to the completion of our kitchen renovation, Lee was a pleasure to work with. Work, including custom work, was carried out on time, within the estimated time-frame, and with no hidden extras or costs.

The quality of workmanship was extremely high, and we very impressed by the finished installation.

Construction mess was kept to such a low level that even our neighbours commented on how clean and tidy Lee and his workers were. We would recommend LS Kitchen Specialist without hesitation.

Lee and his team did an amazing job! I hired Lee to plan our Ikea kitchen and the results are outstanding. He provided me with some great design solutions to maximize the space, and took our family needs into consideration. Our project involved a complete re-design, flooring, plumbing and electrical. Lee and his team are very professional. He is super organized and completed the job on time and on budget. My guests cannot believe it's an Ikea kitchen and always comment on the quality of work.

I would not hesitate to hire Lee again, and would highly recommend him for your kitchen projects!

The kitchen was gutted and ready to go. We've contacted Lee and he gave us an estimate. When he came to see the project he was very knowledgeable and quickly figured out were things need to go. He was experienced with any adjustment that needed to be made and customizations. I would definitely recommend them.

Very clean work, put cardboard protection on the floors and made no mess. Very happy with the results.

We were very happy with the work that Lee and his team did for us. For our kitchen, we had Lee replace our backsplash, sink and build us a new counter/bar using an Ikea system. We were very happy with his suggestion of adding shelving to the counter in order for the Ikea system to fit over the old space. His input on how big the quartz countertop should be was very helpful to make sure it worked with our small condo space and still be functional. We also had Lee install an Ikea Pax closet system for us which required him to extend our wall to cover up the open space near our ceiling so the Pax system wouldn't be visible on the other side of the wall. They did a great job with the dry walling for this and you can't even tell there used to be an open space there. He also built us extra shelving in the closet to make the Pax system fit into our existing closet. The third thing we had Lee and his team fix was to replace our bathroom vanity, install a lighted mirror and new lighting in our shower which they did a great job with. We even asked him last minute to replace the grouting in our bathtub and they were able to do this for us with no delay. Lee was great at communicating with us daily, always on time and finished on time everyday. We appreciated that they would leave the place as tidy as can be since we were still living there during renos. He finished the project on time as promised even a bit earlier than quoted. Overall we were very happy with his services and would definitely recommend him to our friends and family!

We were thrilled with the quality of Lee's work and how efficiently he made it happen. He had a laid-back and friendly attitude and was very respectful of our home. I would certainly hire him again and 100% recommend his services.

The experience with Lee was professional from end-to-end. He turned our 1950s kitchen to a sexy contemporary space. He was on time all the time, and there were no surprises on the cost. Lee and his colleague installed a large wall-to-wall PAX closet unit in our bedroom. They added the necessary trim, worked the baseboards and door and window sills and with with finicky uneven floors, to make the whole thing look like a high-end built in unit. We love it. Highly recommended.

Lee & Martin were great to work with and we are very happy with our kitchen! We would definitely recommend them to others in Toronto looking for a detail-oriented installer.
