Hot Pepper Furnace & Duct Cleaning

We had them clean our furnace and ducts. Their scheduling was easy to use and flexable. They arrived I time and were very professional, got the job done and did not overcharge. Would use them again.

I own and operate a local heating, air conditioning, and plumbing company, Jamison Furnace LTD, and needed a duct cleaning company which I could comfortably recommend to my own clients, as we are not equipped for duct cleaning. I spent hour after hour reading every review I could find on every local duct cleaning company, and based on those reviews decided to try Hot Pepper. I had Hot Pepper (Yuri, to be specific) perform a full duct cleaning on my ventilation system, complete with the "rotating brush" option on my own personal home so I could see if the glowing reviews I'd read were in fact a accurate reflection of their proficiency and customer service. The truth is, the great reviews simply didn't do them justice as I was completely blown away with how exceptional they were, with regard to both proficiency and service! As a veteran of the local HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) industry and 4x journeyman in ALL residential mechanical trades, I know EXACTLY clueless, sloppy, and apathetic most duct cleaning companies and their employees in Calgary are, and was impressed beyond my wildest expectations by Hot Pepper. Since first using Hot Pepper in May 2013 we have referred approximately a dozen or so of our clients to Hot Pepper, and have received positive feedback every single time. HOT PEPPER Furnace & Duct Cleaning did a great job. They came on time, as my wife arranged for an early morning appoint in the dead of winter a few days before Christmas. 7am just as I was leaving for work. The lone technician was very helpful every step of the way and took the time to assure the customer of all his actions. Even helped move a dining room hutch and help my wife understand what was being done throughout the process. I was impressed with the level of integrity and service from this individual. He was instrumental in identifying a serious problem developing in a furnace that was only 3 years old. The major discovery connected me to a reputable company in fixing the issue who identified other issues of poor workmanship from the original installation company. I can’t thank Hot Pepper’s technician that day enough for their genuine concern of our household safety and well -being.

Hot Pepper Furnace came on time and did a great job cleaning the vents and furnace. They didn't overcharge and did the work they said they were going to do without trying to upsell us. The only thing he didnt mention was the color of the flame on the pilot light. It had been burning yellow so we were advised to get it cleaned, but HP didn't mention one way or another anything about the flame not burning blue so dont know if he noticed or just didn't bother to say anything if cleaning was going to fix it anyways..

The arrived on time, interacted / worked around my children and made it a very easy experience. He was very throughly and quick and efficient. The add on sertvices were reasonably priced and they descibed the benefits of each service offered.

I recently purchased a dealfind voucher for a furnace cleaning from Hot Pepper Furnace. Cliff, who i believe is the owner, was great up front in outlining the terms & conditions and making sure I was aware of any additional costs (up to 12 vents). Service times were quite flexible, and overall the furnace cleaning was up to my satisifaction. I have a small townhouse so it didn't take long for them to finish up. Hook ups to the furnace was fast. Only thing I was disappointed about was the voucher called for a new furance filter which I did not receive, assuming the tech may have forgot. Overall, the service was acceptable for the price paid for and I would recommend and use these guys again.

The air in our house felt poluted, so we called the guys from Hot Pepper and they came and cleaned our ducts. they came on time and did a great job. Our house feels a lot better now. I reccomend this to every one

Great service, prompt, not pushy. Good prices. Would use them again. The anti-bacterial spray smelled nice, which he included for free. Very clean, professional, very convenient and easy process. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks.
