I booked Direct Electric to install three ceiling fans and replace two faulty electrical outlets. The quality of the work was excellent, and Ali also took the time to explain areas of interest and things I should look out for with the hardware I had purchased. I'll definitely book with the company again.

Very old pot lights needed to be replaced in basement. When the tiles were removed, we discovered a previous owner had done his own electrical work and it was all a mess and not up to code. Ali corrected everything and charged nothing extra for the unexpected surprise behind the ceiling tiles. This is the only electrician we would ever consider hiring.

I contacted Ali regarding the circuit breaker that controls my garage door. It had tripped and would not reset. I put through a quote request on Sunday and in less than 10 minutes Ali responded. He agreed to come the next day to check out my circuit box. He replaced my circuit breaker and also discovered I had two breakers that were not wired correctly. Ali took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how he could fix it, he also made those repairs right away. I have decided to have him come back next week to put in two new electrical sockets where there previously was not one. I am extremely please with the work Ali has done so far. His prices are reasonable and his work is stellar. Thank you Ali for a job well done.

I Recently bought a loft and removed an old ugly light fixture in our bedroom to replace with a nice new ceiling fan. The previous owner really had some screwed up wiring and there was no way I could figure out what to do.

I went with Direct Electric mainly based off his excellent reviews and the price he quoted me for. It was worth evey Penny because he not only put up my fan but he also replaced the metal box above with proper and safer wiring for both the fan and the switch. the old box was poorly fastened it could have led to my fan falling from the ceiling If I put thisup DIY.

The expert from Direct Electric, Ali, responded on the phone call, came on time when we agreed and did the job efficiently, removing an old stove and installing the new outlet. I would highly recommend contacting Direct Electric whenever you need an electrician.

We had an issue with the bedroom light that was flickering. First of all, the technician took 35 minutes to figure out how to find the condo building. We are located in the park loan area - pretty accessible with an average GPS, yet it was a painful experience to direct the technician.

When he showed up he didn't even check inside the electrical board and just replaced the plug. After he left the problem remained. So I had to pay another electrician who properly checked everything and determined that there was a loose wire and the breaker was shaking.

All that to say, my experience was not pleasant...and I don't think he is very knowledgeable. Wasted $135...

Ali was extremely kind and patient when it came to my installation. He was super responsive when we were trying to set up a time that worked for both of us which really makes a big difference when trying to find an electrician because most of the other ones I tried reaching out to were super unresponsive. When it came to the job itself, it actually turned out to be a little bit more complicated than what I had described, but nonetheless he was able to finish everything up and also made sure that the amount of "damage" done was a minimal as possible. I honestly would recommend him to anyone as he really does have the customer's best interests in mind!

Ali was very professional and super quick. He wired up all our three bedrooms in less than a day. He's reasonably priced. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a great electrician.
