I decided to hire Mario’s Home Renovation to completely renovate my basement, give it a new vibe and transform it into a worm, beautiful, modern and at the same time, cozy place.
As soon as I called I got an appointment to fit my schedule.
Mario brought photos of previous work, he listened to my ideas and project expectations according to style and budget and he introduced me to other different options that would meet my vision.
We agreed that the total amount I would spend on the renovation would be 28,000.00
During the renovation I was in constant communication with a representative from Mario’s Home Renovation, regarding the project. The construction started as soon as I was completely satisfied with the design.
Everything was delivered and installed professionally with no delay.
I am now happy to say that my basement looks better then I imagined and it became my family’s favorite part of the house.
I am looking forward to renovating my kitchen in the near future and with no doubt I would hire Mario’s Home Renovation to do it again.

We were very satisfied with the work that Mario's home renovations did for our kitchen reno. We initially contracted Mario to install new ceramic flooring in the kitchen, but as is the case with all renos, unsuspected items popped up that Mario was more than happy to help us resolve.

From the moment of the initial assessment, we knew that we were in the hands of professionals. Mario is an expert in his field and he proved himself through the quality of his work. We get compliments about our floor from our friends every day!

During the initial assessment, Mario was very professional. He was on time and offered great suggestions to improve our original design by suggesting better quality materials at similar prices to what we had originally chosen. His passion for his profession showed through, because he even went so far as to explain the reasons behind his suggestions, improving our overall reno knowledge! Thanks Mario!

When the construction started, Mario's Home Renovations were fantastic! They were always punctual, took great care that the floor they were putting in was according to code, used the best materials, tidied their workspace at the end of the day and ensured the rest of the house was insulated as best as possible against the debris and dust of the construction in the kitchen. They were very curteous when asking to use the facilities. It made us very comfortable and safe to host them into our home. They even helped us further by removing the debris of the old kitchen!

When we ran into issues with the walls under the old cabinets (as you often do with renos) Mario was willing to take on this additional work and completed it with the same degree of professionalism as our original agreement. As a result we have 3 new, smooth walls in our kitchen and our new cabinets fit on them great!

The entire project was completed in time, and most importantly within budget. We have a professionally finished floor, professional walls and would gladly recommend Mario's Home Renovations to anyone and everyone looking for a thorough, reliable, trust-worthy and most importantly professional contractor.
