I really liked dealing with Frank and the Haverkate team. I appreciated the fact that the owner/expert does the work himself. I hired Haverkate and Associates when I suspected I had mold in my basement. I called a few companies for quotes and found the professional and knowledge at Haverkate and Associates to be the best. I called and spoke to Marnie, she listened to my worries and suggested that a mold inspection would be in order. I arranged a time the following day and was impressed that Frank Haverkate himself came to do the inspection. He walked me through the process and educated me or what he was doing. Within a week I had a report that was easy to follow and with a full scope of work that needed to be completed. I had a couple of questions and Frank called me back within a few hours and answered all my concerns. I would highly recommend their services.

We called Haverkate & Associates on a friends referral. We had some water damage in the spring and thought it had been cleaned properly. We started to develop flu like symptoms that refused to go away.

I decided to have a mould inspection done to find out not only if I had a mould issue but where the problem was coming from. Frank used a thermal imaging camera, mould spore air samples and Ranger the mould dog to find out what was going on. Within a week I had all of the answers as well as recommendations on how to repair it. I like the fact the Haverkate & Assoc. are consultants and not mould remediators. I know that I recieved an honest assessment of my home.
