Aida Sara Cleaning Service

We have nothing but positive comments to make of Aida and her services! Not only does she do a magnificent job on our three story home but she is a very positive individual and I feel that is an important attribute to allow into your home! Our home is always spotless from bathrooms shining to play rooms spotless! And my children have only met her twice and adore her sense of humor! She is always on time and works hard, I would highly recommend her and already have! She will be with us for her fifth visit and we are nothing but thankful for her and her contributions! Aida has only been to our place twice so far so maybe a bit early for a full review but I found her really nice and personable and did a great job. She's also reliable and made an extra effort to clean a few extra things such as windows and cupboards. We are happy to continue having her come into our home and have no hesitations.

My move-in clean was done on Sept. 1st. I am just now posting my review, avoiding it partly out of the embarrassment of paying tuition on the poor experience even though I was sure I had effectively communicated up front and eliminated the chances of being disappointed. I would have to say my move-in clean was probably a standard move-in clean, but that is not something I was looking for or would have booked had I known. I tried to be very clear with Aida. I spoke to her on the phone two or three times ahead of time, and I was fairly clear that I wanted to ensure it was a very good clean. I told her that if she found the job too tough and was pressed to finish it on time, I’d rather she only partly finished it, but that ensure the areas she did clean were completed to a very good standard. I just wanted to avoid having to re-clean, and unfortunately this is what happened. Again, I stress I tried to communicate this up front in several phone calls to Aida. She and her cleaning partner (Simone I believe) completed what they had set out to do in 5 hours (10 hours total). After arriving back at the house, we did a quick walkthrough and saw there were some gaps (main bathroom medicine cabinet missed, parts of kitchen missed, cobwebs on lights in basement bathroom). Aida then got her cleaning partner to quickly finish off the things we spotted. Needless to say I was hesitant as I was expecting that with 2 people they would have needed the full day to complete the job. After they left, we started doing a more thorough inspection and then we started seeing clear misses. Kitchen countertop had food crumbs on it, we pulled the fridge completely off the wall and saw part of the floor was still stained with old food stuff (tomato sauce) as well as along the side of the cabinet where it met the fridge, going over some of the hardwood floors with our mop and the mop coming up dark. This was about 20 minutes after Aida and her partner had left, and I called her immediately and asked her to come back to the house so we could show her some of these major inadequacies. However, Aida and her cleaning partner were already at their next job, and she told me she could not come back until tomorrow. Clearly she was under time constraints at my house and could not have possibly met the quality expectations I had set out. At that point I told her again in an exasperated voice that I had told her several times, I did not care how much she finished but that what she did finish I wanted it to be done very well so that I didn’t have to go over it. She told me she would come back the next day, but I told her forget it as my wife and I had already started re-cleaning the house in an effort to get it ready for move-in on Sept. 3rd. It had turned into what I had tried very much to avoid – a fluff job. The worst part of paying tuition on this experience is that I sincerely tried to communicate to Aida to avoid the disappointment. I had hoped our expectations had been met. We have never used maids for our regular housecleaning, but the plan was if the job was done well on the move-in, we would have hired her for a weekly cleaning service.

We've been renovating for 2 yrs and I needed a truly DEEP CLEANING. Aida and Val came in and miraculously made my house sparkle! They are professional, fair, honest and I would recommend them to anyone/everyone looking for help. Thanks ladies !!!

She works very hard and always with smile, very respectful of others when they are still at the office. Very trustworthy person. has been working for us for 5 years now and never had a problem with her. She is very sweet and will recommend to everyone. :)

Cleaned our home post-reno before we moved in. Aida was flexible with scheduling and shows great care for her work. Our home was very clean and ready for us to live in. Would recommend.

Excellent at cleaning, lousy at customer service. Aida and Simone are hard-working women and my condo has never been cleaner than after a bi-weekly cleaning from Aida. Unfortunately, she missed 2 scheduled appointments in a row and was unapologetic when finally confronted on the issue. She speaks over you when you talk to her and abruptly ended our phone conversation when I took her to task. From day 1, Aida urged me to write a review for her - I waited until after 4 appointments to give her the chance, and that's when the no-show's began. So now she's got her review.

Aida and Simone did a fantastic job. They came over a couple of days before to see what needed to be done and then arrived promptly on the appointed day. We were thoroughly satisfied with the job that they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have had the pleasure of using Aida's wonderful cleaning services twice ,so far. The first time was to prepare an apt. between rentals and Aida and Simone did such a thorough job that I immediately made an appointment for my own home. I was not dissappointed and look forward to a regular visit and sparkling home from now on! Tatiana
