Nomad Roofing

We had our roof done last September worst job ever when is rains the shingle are losing there rocks , there are exposed nails we got 50 year shingles and after a year I would have be better to keep the old ones when we complained about our issues they told us we just wanted stuff for free I didn't want it for free just done right and it was not. they left a big mess and took me 4 hours to clean it up but said I was only looking for things so we decided to get a second opinion cause maybe were looking to much into it ........we were not they could not believe the job that was done I'm still finding nails on the ground. Ryan was good in the beginning when he want the job then turned drastically and called us names very unprofessional so everyone else that was satisfied you were lucky. This costly mistake will haunt me for the rest of my life

Folks, it doesn't get any better than this. So listen up. Like many of you out there, my house turned 20 years old last month. And given the climate we live in, and with a contractor installed roof, that meant it was new roof time.
Five estimators up on my roof. All running around with tape measures and clipboards and writing like mad. All except Carlo from Nomad roofing. I won't be too long on your roof, Frank, I just have to verify a few things. Like making sure we have the right house. In response to my puzzled look, Carlo went on to explain that the configuration of my roof, along with its exact dimensions, had already been downloaded by Nomad from an image taken by an overhead satellite. Before he even climbed the ladder, Carlo showed me the CAD printout of my entire roof. How's that for high tech, folks! And then to top it off, he went back to his vehicle and printed a complete new roof estimate minutes later. No waiting for an estimate, or the usual we'll mail you something in about a week's time. Right. There. On. The. Spot. Amazing.
A few days later, Russ and Erica - along with the rest of their Nomad roofing crew, showed up at the house. Russ introduced himself and assured me that he would only do this job one way - as if he was doing the roof on his own house. He wasn't kidding. I couldn't believe the care and respect Russ and his crew showed for my house throughout the job. Every two or three hours, one of the roofing crew would come down, grab a garbage bag, and pick up anything that had fallen onto the driveway, the sidewalk or lawn. Anything from building material wrappers to an occasional roofing nail. Amazing to see them do this. And then out would come a blower and any dust or small building scraps that had fallen were quickly rounded up and bagged. Wow. How's that for care!
The shingling job that Russ and his crew did looked fabulous. The roof never looked that good even when new 20 years ago. His craftsmanship and attention to detail clearly showed. And was much appreciated. It really shouldn't have been a surprise. After all, Nomad is a GAF factory certified roofing company.
Stan from Nomad came by later to do a final inspection of the work done by Russ and his crew - and agreed that they had done an excellent job. Me, well I couldn't be happier.
Ryan has done a super job of putting together a company of knowledgeable and dedicated employees. So folks, when it comes time to do your roof, just call the great guys and gals over at Nomad. Then once they've done their magic, sit out on the deck, open a beer, and tell yourself how smart you are in having hired Nomad to do the job. And seriously think about running for Prime Minister. In hiring Nomad, you've clearly demonstrated you're probably a lot smarter than he is. LOL!

We bought our house a couple years ago knowing we had to replace the existing shakes within a few years. After starting the process of looking for a company to re-shingle our roof and attached garage last summer and receiving quotes ranging from $16K to a little over $7K, I came across Nomad's ad online and saw their trash bin in another driveway. Gave them a call and Carlo came and gave a quote. Went through everything and answered all my questions. I asked that the satellite dish be removed and the stack from the furnace be removed as well (vented out the side of the house with new furnace). No problem at all. Amy in the office is amazing to work with, answered all inquiries and is incredibly patient. Dale and crew were/are roofing machines! Due to weird recent weather, they took two days instead of one to finish and came back to finish a few things up on the third day. Save yourself a lot of time and hassle and "two guys in a pickup" driving around looking for roof jobs and just get Nomad to do your roof. You just can't put a price on peace of mind. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Nomad came over and gave me a detailed walk through and estimate with a personal touch. The project manager kept in constant touch before during and after the project. Their crew was detail orientated and cleaned up daily. They came when they said they were coming, they performed their task in a flawless manner. I would recommend Nomad above all other contractors for a Eurosheild roof. I'm a tradesman myself and all they did was impress me.

We are very happy with the roofing job done by Nomad. We initially picked Nomad because they offered 72" Ice and Water membrane, 2 vents on the garage and they clean out the gutters. The job was done in one day and it looks beautiful. I can't wait for it to rain.

We recently had the aging shingles replaced on our home by Nomad Roofing. Everyone was very professional and friendly to deal with. The job was done efficiently and the guys did a great job of cleaning up and the end of each day. We also really appreciated that they were willing to push back their start time in the morning as to not wake our 7 month old baby with noise on the roof. When my wife and I were ready to invest in a new roof for our 1960's home, we requested quotes from multiple contractors in the city and after meeting with each, we narrowed our focus on two separate companies, one being Nomad. I met with the owner Ryan to review each of the quotes and compare products/service/warranties "apples to apples". Nomad's offering stood out so they started on our roof shortly after. Our roofer had over 14 years experience and took the time to explain his workmanship throughout the process. Nomad stood out for quality, customer service and workmanship and I would happily refer to friends and family in the future.

Some shingles blew off in a wind storm. The estimate for repair was reasonable, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that though more extensive damage was found and repaired, the estimate was exactly what I was charged. I would recommend to anyone who needs quality work at reasonable prices.
