I hired Neil when my regular electrician let me down. He was prompt, knowledgable, professional and his pricing was competative. He replaced several fixtures and added a few new ones. That project went well so I used Neil on a larger redecoration project -which led to more repair work. Older buildings are always a challenge but Neil finds at least 1 solution and always keeps me informed. I will use his services again and I highly recommend Nu Phase.

I called Neil from Nu Phase Electric to ask about an estimate for work required at by business in Yaletown. I found Neil to be extremely professional, efficient and knowledgable. He gave us different options and price points so that we could make an educated decision based on our budget. He was also very conscious of our clients and made sure he was not disturbing them while he finished his work. Overall, I would not hesitate to call him again...he was great!

Neil from Nu-Phase was quick to come and look at the job and provide a very reasonable quote for this baseboard heater retrofit in our basement. Neil was even able to resolve another minor electrical issue along the way. The job was completed in less man hours than quoted and came in under budget. However the job did take a couple of days longer than anticipated due to Neils busy schedule. Over all I am very happy with the work provided by Nu-Phase Electric.

I was very happy with the attention to detail "Niel" had taken during the installation! He was open to suggestions and paid special attention to minimizing the damage necessary to retrofitting potlights. He also doesn't mind having "observers" a :-)

This was my very first time hiring an electrician, so I had no clue how to pick one or how much it should cost. Someone told me they had paid $300 to have a light fixture installed and that seemed to be the going rate, so when Neil told me his prices and that it should only take an hour, I thought that seemed reasonable.

He arrived on time, was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and it really only took an hour. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

Neil installed a light fixture for us and we could not be more happy with his work. Neil installed everything to perfection and was careful with our new floors. He went the extra mile and beyond! He explained what he was doing and why. Highly recommended!

Neil came to fix a very complicated problem of two rooms having a partial and no power due to neutral line being grounded.
He was very good at diagnosing the problem safely and fixing it promptly. He is professional and knowledgable.

I hired Neil to inspect and complete the work of the previous Electrician whom I had hired off of Craigslist (did not know about this website until later). I am quite pleased with Neil's services. He has been very responsive since the outset. He even encouraged me to phone the BC Safety Authority to make sure that he is licensed. And I did! He is knowledgeable about what he does, personable, responsive and he tries his best to keep his Clients satisfied.

Other electricians told me we would have to install a whole new electrical panel (costing thousands) to install our wall oven in our kitchen reno.
Neil informed me we could move some lines around and install the new 240v line on the current panel, which is exactly what he did.
Neil was professional, friendly, efficient, and a very reasonable cost. I would recommend him to anyone.
