We had a few companies to give us an estimate for the fencing in our backyard. We felt an instant connection with Keith, he's honest, has great ideas and is fair.
Though he wasn't the cheapest estimate we got, but he wasn't too far off, so we went with him because we liked him so much.
The quality of his (and his crew) is outstanding.
Keith had a clear idea of what we wanted, and he delivered without us needing to be there.
The only negative was that on occasion communication was lacking, but all it took was a phone call and the situation was cleared up.
Keith, we'll be calling you when we need that deck installed!

Needed to fence off our back yard and went with Keith because of all the positive reviews. Extremely satisfied with his work and the fence looks great. After the job was done he took the time to walk me around and explain everything. Great guy who I would definitely recommend.

Keith's completed project was outstanding and his cost was very reasonable. Our backyard was unique and Keith presented an innovative solution that ended up saving us money and taking up less space than the traditional method. Plus he was a pleasure to deal with. Would I recommend and use Keith again? Absolutely.

We are very pleased with the 7' privacy fence (6' + 1' of square lattice) completed by Keith Fencing this spring. They were so busy last fall they were unable to start our job then but we are glad we waited. Though this was only a short section (58 feet) between our neighbours it was a challenge; very hard dig and first time using 10' Postmaster steel posts (locally available). Great job guys!

Keith's fencing was one of the best choices I have ever made for work on home projects. He was professional, answered all my questions during his visit and offered a very good price compared with other quotes. The men (Mark & Nick) that did the installation were polite and easy to deal with and did a great job.

I hired Keith to finish off my existing partial fence originally installed by the home builder. He and his crew did an amazing job and my wife and I are very happy with the end result. Keith's attention to detail, professionalism and work ethic is that of an old world craftsman from a by-gone era where contractors truly took pride in their work. Keith's Fencing never honoured his installation date. He had to reschedule many times. The workmanship is mediocre at best. He missed specifics that we had agreed upon and paid for and returned my phone call after 3 weeks.

We've given up on Keith's Fencing and my wife and I both agreed that we were better off spending the extra $300 on a more reputable company than Keith's Fencing. Buyer beware!

Like many here, we hired Keith on the basis of his excellent reviews - he was not the cheapest quote but we wanted excellent quality and peace of mind. Unfortunately our experience was not what we had hoped for. Keith took our details for the fence several months in advance, and gave us an approximate installation date. Several weeks before that date we called and spoke with him about changing some details - from a ‘good neighbour’ fence to a full privacy fence (easier to stain and maintain), and vertical-horizontal lattice instead of diagonal - he assured us this would be no problem. The fencing was delayed for several weeks and we had to keep calling to ask when the work would be completed, as we had already taken down our old fence and could not let the dog out into the backyard. When all is said and done we have 4 major complaints - there was a miscut on the fence post closest to the house and instead of fixing it, Keith tried to hide it by stapling his card over it then left it (see picture #1), there were cracked pieces of wood used (see picture #2), the fence is quite high off the slope of the ground so we are unsure if our dog will be able to get under it once the snow melts (see picture #3), and worst of all he did not install the style of fence we asked for, although he did remember the vertical lattice request from the same conversation. When we called to discuss these concerns Keith would not come to the phone but we could hear him in the background speaking with his female business partner, telling her what to say. She told us that if we wanted the full privacy fence we would have to pay him to do it again, and asked us “What are you upset about? He built you a beautiful fence.” To this day Keith has not contacted us about our displeasure with the project or tried to make amends. We have to replace other sections of fence in a year or two and will be looking for another contractor.
