I contacted Kevin for an estimate, his prices were more than fair and he provided a superior service!! The roof/venting/flashing was done all within 3 days of my original call. The biggest thing is that Kevin talks TO you, not AT you or down to you, he will take the time to explain things to you and answer ALL your questions. The roof looks great and I will be and have already recommended Recoveryworx to my friends!!

I called 3 top rated companies for quote requests, Kevin was the only one who immediately answered my call , was friendly and pleasant to talk to while all my questions and concerns were addressd . His years of experience and customer care were greatly appreciated. Kevin provided a hand written quote within 3 days , it took one other company that long to return my initial phone call.
Kevin dropped off samples so I could see the different colors of shingles and gave me his professional opinion. His commitment to start and completed the job were exactly as he said they would be , as was his fair and reasonable quote .
I left for work and had a new roof by the time I got home , you would never have known they were here except for the beautiful new roof they left behind . I had the pleasure of contacting Kevin to get a quote for my roof re-do. He came out on Friday, provided me with the quote and the job was done and completed on Tuesday. He and his staff were very professional and courteous. The job site was cleaned like there had never been any workers even there. The roof was a challenge as three levels of prior shingles had to be removed. They came in, removed all the old stuff and completed the job in record time. I love the new look and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Extremely pleased with the complete process. Kevin came to do the quotes when he said he would and that tells a lot about the company. The crew showed up when they were scheduled to and came to work. It was seamless. It was very evident that the crew and Kevin treat each other with respect. Fantastic end product and the cleanup was exceptional. Great work and impressive company.

Previously, I called another roofer to install a whirely bird on my roof, the guy kept on making an appointment and did not show up 7 times over a two month period. I should have known when one of the times, the guy said he got pulled over by the police for blowing over.

After the above situation, I called Kevin, he came within two days and installed the new vent. I also had him take a look at my attic to ensure there was no water damage. He was very passionate about his job.

In early summer I tried to contact some roofers to get quotes to have my shingles replaced. Many of them from here on Homestars. I could not get one of them to even return my calls. Then I called Recoveryworx and spoke with Kevin. He was anxious to come over and look at the job and within a couple of days he called and came by. I was impressed by his knowledge and his suggestions of how he could better vent my attic because of the frost problems I had been having. I was also very impressed with the satellite service he uses to take pictures of the roof to figure out the amount of product he needed for the job. He didn't even have to get on the roof to measure. As it turns out my neighbour needed new shingles as well and he did her roof at the same time. When the day came to get the work done the crew showed up at 7 am sharp just as promised. There were at least 6 of them and they wasted no time in getting started. All bushes and decks were tarped and covered to prevent damage and debris from getting to them. They cleaned and fixed the eaves troughs and picked up every bit of garbage that was on the ground. In two days both of the roofs were complete and the yards were cleaned. Kevin came by when the crew was finishing up to inspect the job and help with the final clean up. All in all it was a painless experience done by a top notch crew with a great boss. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking at having their roof re-shingled. Well done Kevin and crew!

Kevin and his crew did an excellent job - prompt and professional service and left no mess. Kevin responded to my emergency call immediately. I had a leaky roof; he and his crew came that day and sealed the leak and were able to reshingle within a couple of days. It was a very positive experience; the crew were polite and hardworking. Kev and his crew reshingled my Sherbrooke house spring 2014. I stopped in mid day to see how things were going and they had the roof striped and were well on the way to preparing for shingles. I have enough experience to know they were doing it right but dont often use ladders to get off roof tops so was a bit hesitant. Kev saw this, told his crew to help and within 2 seconds a guy was holding the ladder from the bottom and another from the top so I could get down safely and more easily. They were clearly on the ball, did the job right, on time and for a fair price. I recommend them to anyone who needs a roof job.
