Breathe Well

I was recommended by West Island Community on FB to use Breathwell to clean my air duct vents. At first, I was very impressed with their customer service and rates. I made an appointment and about 2 weeks before my appointment I received a call that the appointment needed to be reschedule. The reason given was the technician assigned had injured himself. I understood and agreed to change my appointment. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I received a phone call from customer service 30 mins before the technician was supposed to arrive. The agent told me the appointment was cancelled. After him suggesting several dates, all of which did not work for me. I decided to cancel all together and go with another company. After I told him I would be not using their services, he managed to get a technician to come that day at noon. By 12:45, no one had shown up. I called customer service and they said he must be on the way. At that point, I had had enough and cancelled the appointment.

Referred by friend who highly recommended Breathewell and Curtis as the service tech. Needed three vent covers changed 25 up on side of house in brick. Friendly receptionist, worked with my schedule, text and email reminders, arrived promptly. Called in advance to confirm job details. One cent had 5 baby birds which Curtis carefully removed which he brought to a sanctuary for care. Gave me their contact info so I can follow their growth and progress!! Excellent work, cleaned up nicely. Super happy with the job and service. Big thanks to Curtis and Breathwell!! Highly recommend.

I totally recommend Curtis from Breathe Well, he is very professional, courteous and most important honest.
He explaines in details and also provides a video of the ducts, leaving no mess whatsoever.

Cutis was very professional, kind and he was punctual, he knew what he was doing and worked efficiently. The cost of the job seemed reasonable. He also provides a video of the ducts getting cleaned.

Just had my ducts and furnace fan cleaned by Breathewell. I've had them done before by another company about 5 years ago. Curtis did a far better job than the other company. He's hard working and very thorough. I am completely satisfied with his work. Will definitely call him again in 4 or 5 years. Highly recommended!!

Exceptional Service! Very patiently answered all of my questions! Very thorough cleaning of all our ducts and furnace fan. Took their time and made sure all the cleaning was done to perfection. Very conscientious and meticulous staff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
