Bijan Interiors Modern Furniture

I was looking for two end chairs for my dining room table, and wandered into Bijan Interiors as my last stop on King Street East.

When I walked in, I didn't see anything that really fit my style, and Chris came over to ask me what I was looking for.

We discussed what I interested in ... I sent him copies of pictures of my dining table, and he agreed to get back to me in a day or two.

I reviewed what he came up with for the budget I was looking for, and ended up going for two of the same chairs I currently had.

He sourced and priced them, and then I did some comparison shopping. He matched the price of another Toronto interior company had advertised on their website, and had the chairs delivered on the Saturday, before my Tuesday event that I needed them for.

I'm a little hesitant in recommending them as this was the first purchase that I've done with them ... I will certainly go back to Chris with my next furniture purchase ... And would likely feel more comfortable recommending them to friends after they have a proven track record.

Recently had such a positive experience purchasing a dresser from Bijan Ineriors. And, no one asked me to write this. I am a returning customer. Always been treated with the utmost respect. Bijan had what I was looking for when no one else did, and at a more than competitive price, delivered in 2 days by first rate delivery men who worked and worked until they figured out how to get it upstairs in a narrow old Toronto home. Bijan himself and his fabulous salesman, Kia, were nothing but courteous, knowledgeable, [professional and just good to deal with. They were as enthusiastic as we were in sourcing out what we needed.

Hi, Dear Friends, Be Alert Before you plan to buy any thing from this store what ever i am wiriting it is 100% truth sware the god i order some 2 chairs and after some times i got called from store and informing that order we ordered it is no more in stock then i went to strore twice to get refund and they said owner is not here you can call us later i called them later and they always deny to refund my money i have told them if you dont refund then get me those chairs which i ordered and they said no we dont have it and we will not refund money and now they are very rude i have heard from some of my friends too for the same behaviour and so many other thing even product quality so please please keep all this experience in your mind before you ordere any thing and now i have to see him at the court and i have herad i they are always rude with their customer once you order so please be careful

I walked in as a looker and came out as a buyer. Reason being is because I was just interested in getting ideas for a new sectional, but feel in love with a Italian made sectional in this store. It seemed well made, felt amazing, and looked good, and even better in my place. Did not take to long to get. It was worth the time speaking to the Nice lady inside the store and going over the details on the product. Money and time well spent

I purchased 4 chairs that are made in Norway and then imported to Canada. I was asked to pay in full before the order was sent. I was told this would take 10 weeks, which certainly seems like more than enough time to make and ship 4 chairs. I finally received them almost 20 weeks later, and even then one was missing the rubber stopper on the bottom, meaning the chair wobbled. The delivery men took the chair back so a stopper that fit could be found. Over the extra 10 weeks of waiting for these chairs, so it was over 4 months before I got them, I was never called, there was never any sort of apology, no offer of a discount for having my money for over 4 months with nothing to show for it. When I occasionally called to find out where they were, when they could be expected, the owner was both dismissive and condescending and acted like I was some gnat that he needed to shoo away. Even when the chair was taken away because the stopper was missing, I expected to get it back the next business day, but 5 days later I haven't had as much as a call or email to apologize, to tell me when this chair will be brought back. Absolutely nothing. I feel completely disrespected and I will never, never shop there again. I had spent another $1700 there a couple of weeks before this happened, and it's really too bad. I don't know what you have to spend before you're considered important enough to be considerate to. Maybe it never matters.
