After paying the initial order for moving supplies, I was asked to provide credit card information including security code over the phone. I expressed my concern with providing detailed credit card info over the phone and canceled the order. This is a huge red flag as no company should be requesting customer credit card information over the phone. This is a huge security risk for any person looking to use their service, and the company seemingly does not seem to prioritize good business practice by having in place a secure methods for customers to provide their payment information.

I needed to move an antique dining room cabinet from one house to another approximately 25 km away. It is more than 120 years old, and has several large curved glass windows that are irreplaceable. They knew exactly what to do, how to wrap the cabinet up, and how to ensure that the glass windows were not damaged. They arrived exactly when they said that they would. The cabinet was moved quickly and successfully. The only negative is that the insurance clauses in their contracts, as they apply to antique items, are not clearly articulated, and would have benefited from a pre-move discussion. Regardless, no insurance claim was necessary and I am extremely satisfied with their service.

John and Sebastian arrived on time. They were both polite, hard workers and got the move done in a quick and timely manner.

Cargo cabbies are the real deal! Before, during and after the pack & move, the client experience was seamless. It is a white glove service with constant communication throughout the process. They arrived and left on time on both days and the lead packer / mover each introduced themselves (thank you John and Ryan!) and the whole team, and provided their contact numbers. All movers were friendly and respectful of the properties and contents being moved. Cargo cabbie operate their business the way youd want them to - for example, they itemize everything they use for both the pack & move (boxes, wrap, materials, etc). My final invoice ended up slightly below their estimate because they used fewer materials.

I needed help again friom these guys and as always in the past. As the task was overwhelming, I used their packing service. The team showed up on time, were prepared with all tne packing materials and made short work of packing up my garage contents, reorganizing and disposing of unwanted furniture. 10star sevice! THANK YOU!!!!

Another great experience with the team at Cargo Cabbie. They have done several moves for me, and this time I used their storage. 2 great guys showed up, wrapped my furniture for storage and took it away. Once our reno was done, they promptly brought it back. Great experience overall.

Movers were friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful. It had been a number of years from my last move. Moving from a house to condo. They delt with the logistics and alleviated my fears about logistics of the condo move in. They also were helpful in where things should go in the new space.
