Cargo Cabby put great attention to details, wrapping everything very carefully and successfully! Id definitely use them again and recommend them.

My office used Cargo Cabbie to move from one location to another. We had several quotes from different companies, some came with an outrageous estimated cost. We decided to go with Cargo Cabbie as they came with the most reasonable quote and most efficient timeline for the move. It was a pleasant experience from the start. Krissy from the other end of the phone and emails have been prompt, friendly, and responsible, she followed through every step of the process including quoting, making arrangements, following up for customer satisfaction, etc. The movers are professional, efficient, and hardworking. They had a 9 hour work day, and they only took a couple of brief breaks and lunch, other than that, they did not stop until everything was done. I am so glad that we went Cargo Cabbie for our office move. Highly recommended.

My recent residential move with Cargo Cabbie exceeded all expectations - an excellent experience! From initial contact, to estimate preparation and final confirmation/invoicing, Krissy and Amanda's professionalism, outstanding followup and very personable approach was a breath of fresh air and truly impressive! The pickup location presented some challenging logistics and Benjamin, Nate and Mason handled it beautifully and took it all in stride. They are incredibly efficient, organized, hardworking and have a great eye for attention to detail and problem solving. Their calm and upbeat attitudes combined with their willingness to offer and go the extra mile made it a genuine pleasure to work with them and I can't thank them enough! Also rented bins from Cargo Cabbie - drop off was seamless, pleasant and made packing a breeze. I've already recommended Cargo Cabbie to two (2) households for upcoming moves and wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future.

Javier and his team have been wonderful to work with since the very beginning. I needed to quickly declutter my house for staging, and the very same day of my phone call, Javier visited me and I had both the decluttering and final move estimates in hand by evening. Further, men were available for the very next day to handle my decluttering move. I hired Cargo Cabbie's services seeing they were able to provide me the rapid service I needed but also, were going to provide 8 men for my final move which would take about 12 hours to do because of traveling distance. It was important for me that all my moving contents be delivered the same day at my new property.

I also needed to access some documents from my declutter move and Cargo Cabbie were prompt in providing me a date and time when I could come to the storage center.

Talk about Customer Service and being able to Understand the needs of their customers.... My hat goes off to Javier and his team.

This was our second time using Cargo Cabbie, and it was another amazing experience.

The team of Benjamin, Mason and Nate were professional and personable, not to mention quick and efficient.

Benjamin arrived 15 minutes early to assess the situation prior to the move beginning. He was courteous and offered to move some items we were going to move ourselves, and we took him up on the offer. He then marked what they would move and what we would move ourselves so there wouldn't be any confusion.

When the clock struck 9 AM, the crew came and put down runners on the floors. Nate and Mason got right to loading boxes and Benjamin began disassembling our bed frame.

As we watched the crew work my wife and I were very impressed. All the furniture was wrapped in bubble-wrap, blankets, etc. The boxes we packed were quickly and carefully transported to the truck. When we saw how everything was being done with such care we asked Benjamin if they could take a few boxes we had flagged not to move. He said yes, then wrapped them up, and onto the truck they went.

Once everything was loaded and ready to go we broke for lunch, and reconvened at the new house. They smoothly backed into the driveway and got right back to it. After they put down runners on the floors and stairs they started unloading the truck, all the while asking where we wanted things. When it came to our patio furniture we said "anywhere in the backyard", and Mason and Nate took it upon themselves to arrange the furniture in a very pleasing way.

When it was all finished we were so grateful, the crew worked very hard and without any complaints. They were all professional and courteous and there was zero damage done to anything. I was beyond thrilled with their service, and each crew member went above and beyond.

I'm definitely going to continue to use Cargo Cabbie for any future moves, and I highly recommend them -- 10/10!

Cargo Cabbie are the best movers I have ever used. From the original contact and quote process, through to some minor revisions I needed just before the job, Amanda in the office was most helpful and responsive.

The movers, Don as lead, plus his 5 man crew, arrived on time, and showed great expertise in covering and protecting the fine furniture I needed to have moved from my townhouse in Richmond Hill to a large apartment in North Forest Hill. They worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure that everything was properly wrapped and transported. There was no damage to any of the items they moved, and no damage to the townhouse and apartment either.

As well there were no cost surprises. The final invoice was within a few dollars of the original quote.

Cargo Cabbie is the go-to packing, moving and storage company! I hired Cargo Cabbie to pack, move and store the contents of my 1+den basement apartment. I started packing myself but then realized how daunting the task it, do I decided to hire professionals to help me out. And boy was I glad I did! Cargo Cabbie sent a team to pack up everything and then the next day moved everything to their storage facility for a month, before they moved me into my new home in Milton. They were kind, professional, super careful with all my items and made everything stress free for me. I couldnt be happier with the work they all did, so thank you to the Cargo Cabbie team for making my move so seamless! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
