The movers were friendly, on-time and stayed within budget as per quote. If this was the service for only one piece of furniture, imagine how great a full move would be!

I hired Cargo Cabbie to move some furniture, including a super heavy exercise bike, up and down stairs in my house. They were easy to schedule, reasonably priced, friendly, flexible, professional, and conscientious.

My experience was nothing short of great. The team was extremely responsive, and was able to have our service delivered within one day. Both the office and delivery team were personable and professional. Would recommend this service to anyone looking for moving support!

A few days ago, Cargo Cabbie did an absolutely amazing job during the move. I had to store some of my furniture into a storage POD and they did an extraordinary job of carefully wrapping, packing. and moving my furniture. They were extremely polite and friendly while maintaining a good level of professionalism. I would recommend their service to everyone and I will be definitely contacting them again for their service if needed. I couldn't recommend them enough!!

The Cargo Cabbie team was outstanding - starting with the visit for a quote. The moving team lead by Mario were excellent, professional, courteous and very caring with our belongings. Moving at best is not an easy experience. This team made it pleasant with their very professional approach - wrap up all items to ensure no damage, etc.

I would like to write a relatively long review because of how grateful I was for Cargo Cabbie’s service:
I wanted to move-out from a bachelor unit to another one but also needed an overnight storage in between. My sister found the company online by checking their reviews & suggested them to me. I called them to get a quote & their response was very prompt & they were very amiable. I want to thank Leticia for her excellent customer service (calling to confirm with me & checking how everything went within an hour of the move ending) but also especially Cameron & Julio (1st day movers) as well as John & Ryan (2nd day movers) who were all professional, amiable & hardworking. Each team spent ~1h15 mins to finish their task at my place then drive back. The quote time would include the time they leave storage up until they finish their job. Again, I want to thank Cargo Cabbie for an excellent staff, customer service & a smooth job completion. Usually moving-in/out isn’t a pleasurable experience & could be very stressful, but they made it so smooth, I didn’t notice how fast & easy it went! Price wise it might seem expensive, but after seeing the service I’d say it’s worth every penny! High value, highly recommended if you want to move-in/out or if you just need storage for furniture. Thank you again! A five-star company!

I needed a place to store my stuff while traveling abroad. Cargo Cabbie provided the labor, the boxes, truck and storage space. i found their moving and storage services extremely convenient. Communication with the office was always prompt and clear. The movers themselves were both friendly and personable.

Move from 2 BR condo in central/east toronto to house west side of High park. both packing and moving services

Pros:
- Excellent availability
- Very professional
- Excellent packing job
- Nothing broken or damaged in any way
- They sent 4 people then added a 5th in the middle of the day to speed things up, they worked very hard, only took 2 short breaks
- Head office called multiple times throughout the day to make sure I had no concerns

Cons:
- They did significantly underestimate the time the packing and the move would require and there was a serious chance to miss the elevator service time had anyone else scheduled a move that day. In retrospect they should have arranged for packers to come the previous day. that said, they did send an additional person to speed things up in the middle of the day although that would not have saved us had we missed the elevator
- Their services were not cheap; although given the amount and quality of work I was not upset about the price

Overall:
- I was very satisfied with their service and would absolutely recommend them.
