Lester and Oscar did a great job. Fast, efficient, courteous - pleasure to deal with! They showed up quickly at a very busy time mitigating further damage. The basement looks as good as new.

Chose this company a few years ago when our roof leaked into our living room. There was a bit of mold and we wanted the ceiling repaired, popcorn ceiling removed and a light fixture installed. Uvale was our contact after Aris stopped showing up. It was supposed to take a few days but took a few weeks. The workers were so slow and we had no main floor of our house for weeks. I'm writing this review now because a few years later I am still not happy with the layout of the ceiling. There are lines where the drywall doesn't flush together properly, and markings. Terrible job.

Jorge was able to get his team over and solve the issue. HIs staff and him are very friendly and give honest advice and are not looking for ways to make work that is not necessary. Jorge worked with me for financing as insurance wasn't going to cover it and he told me of some things I could do in the future to prevent this from happening again. Great company. Go with them!!!!

I returned home after work to find my basement had flooded. I worked to remove the carpet, and clearup the water until I realized I was in over my head as the water was still coming in.

I called Canada restoration, Jorge (General Manager) and Jon (Regional Manager) came over. Jon located the cause of the flood almost immediately and got the water draining.

Once Jorge and Jon were done assessing the damage they had a team come in to do cleanup and remediation. The team was friendly and always made sure to call ahead before arriving at my home.

The reconstruction process went without a hitch. Everything was clearly defined in Jorge's quote and there were no issues making adjustments like selecting different paint colours.

Jorge was my point of contact through the remediation and reconstruction process. He was very easy to work , always available to answer my questions and kept me up to date.

Jorge worked with me to get financing in place and to keep the cost down as insurance was not covering anything.

I'm very pleased with Canada's Restoration Services and would recommend anyone in a flood / water damage situation to give them a call.

Aris came out this morning to check for mold in my attic, as we were having problems with condensation in the ceiling of a bedroom and staining of my closet roof.

He advised me that we do not have mold and a few tips of what can solve the issues.

Nice to see that there are honest people out there!

Had Aristides (Project Mgr) come in to inspect some water damage on a ceiling. He was very patient in answering all questions and very professional in his diagnosis. It turns out the issue may be in the threshold of the garden doors. The inspection was free of charge and I would definitely consider them for any future work based on my client experience.

Free estimate to inspect what looked like mould in my bathroom ceiling. Turns out it was not mould at all and all I need is a repaint. Very happy with professionalism and service.
