I've used them a lot-in a renovation, where I did a whole section of my house, and also in our new home where we're upgrading an older home. What I really like about them is that they get the job done right and it's absolutely guaranteed. If there are any problems they will come back. Their estimate also always matches the bill and they're very reliable as far as billing is concerned. I also really like that their appointments are precise because I'm busy and it's hard to keep me for long periods of time (as some other contractors tend to do with their scheduling). I also appreciate that whenever you call you get a person on the other end. With a lot of companies nowadays you get an answering machine but not with them. I've highly recommended them to other people already.

They were referred to me by a friend and I trusted the referral so when they gave me a quote I went with them. They replaced an electrical panel for me and they were great. I liked the service and they stood by their original quote.

During the research phase, John was excellent answering all the questions I had. I found Finan very thorough and friendly to deal with. They cleaned up, not perfect, but way better than most contractors I've worked with. They were also considerate of my home. I found them very efficient in what they did and I've already recommended them.

We did a kitchen renovation recently and they did all the electrical work including the in floor heating. I had also used them for my basement several years ago and they've been doing many jobs for us since then. Their prices have gone up over the years but then so has everybody else's. Once I get the price they stick to it and they stand behind their work. For example, this time they accidentally cracked my cupboards when they were putting in the electrical and when it was discovered John didn't hesitate to call up and pay for the repairs. This is just a general comment but in a home renovation I expect the contractors to be extra clean because we're still living in the house. Generally speaking I'm very satisfied with their work, which is why I'm a returning client of theirs.

We found Mike Kropf, an electrician working for Finan to be a good and conscientious worker. The quote given by him for the job did not change. The time frame was abided by him and we felt well educated about the requirements of our reno project.Thanks.

Great Service from the start! The owner of the company came to our home, listened to what we were looking for and helped us assess our needs. We were provided with some excellent options and all of our questions were answered. We felt like it was a collaboration not a sale. The work was completed over the course of two days and the individuals who provided the service were both professional and personable. Mike and Kristian did an amazing job on the electrical and took the time to explain everything to us. We feel that they went above and beyond. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the products and services we purchased and we will most certainly be using them in the future as we complete other projects.

Tony, Milo's and Jamie attended at our home this past week to replace the sanitary drain and backflow preventer. We found them to be friendly and professional and - something not expected - very empathetic to the fact that this was an unexpected piece of news for us. They were very accommodating and got the job done in good time. We have hired Finan in the past and will do so again in future.

Always great service; pricey perhaps, but every time we have called they were responsive, courteous and friendly. They take pride in the quality of their workmanship. They are timely and efficient. No hesitation calling them for other services.

I have used Finan twice now.Asked for Mike Kropf who came out the first time. He worked his butt off,always makes helpfull suggestions,or recommendations,Always courteous,and respectfull of property and owner. The Finan team was excellent from start to finish. We had a free estimate and within a week the fireplace was installed. The installers left our house cleaner than they found it! We are very pleased with the fireplace and highly recommend Finan.
