My experience has also been extremely disappointing. This Builder takes your money congratulate you over the phone on the closing day and then runs with your money. On closing day we discovered that they have not finished installing the hardwood flooring and a broken window in bedroom. They expecting us to move in October with unfinished flooring and a large broken window!!!!!!!! What a joke.
I cannot list my issues with this builder in 30 words or more .

We moved into our home a little over a month ago now and I cannot fault the builders as they are excellent. The client relations team are fabulous and dealt with any issues we had promptly, nothing is too much trouble for them. It's actually quite a relief! We've had a few things that required fixing and these were done really quickly and their foremen is a very pleasant and friendly man.
This is my first new home having moved from a pre-owned home. The quality and lay out of my home is very modern and beautiful. They took into consideration our needs when doing the finishing and I must say I have the most amazing home ever.
If you are looking for a builder who is capable of meeting your requirement for your dream home, GoldPark Homes is the way to go. Their contractors pay very close attention to details and their finishing is excellent.

goldpark homes design center is a joke , everything you see is outdated builder standard tiles and flooring colors are like 10 years old design ,Only word that design staff know is everything is a upgrade.

This is our first home. We bought an inventory home from Gold Park. We got lucky as the home was only framed at the time. We got to pick the interior colors and flooring which was a fun. The lady at the decor centre was nice, but didn't have pricing on hand. We ended up spending just over 20K in upgrades. Mostly spent in the kitchen and bathrooms. We are happy with how everything turned out. The tile work is a little off or it could be the framing. The tile doesn't align with the wall in 2 areas of the home. It was noted on our 30day. So far everything on our PDI has been pretty much looked after. They have started to do the 30day stuff now. They have been really easy to deal with. Danny has been fantastic at texting me back when ever I have had an issue. I don't have another builder to compare them too. So I think an 9 is very fitting.

delivering what you promised!! The day of our PDI was beautiful, clean and only a few minor paint touch ups, much less than I expected after reading the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. They went the extra mile and made our inspection so personal and really came through, my dad was so impressed and commented on the few personal touches available at PDI something he didn't get at his other builders. When we picked up our keys for our house on the day of closing our house was complete and they surprised us with a pizza on moving day. They are true to there slogan WORTH MORE because that's how they made us feel. Thank you to all the staff at Gold Park Homes for not only building a house but making it a home.

This was my wife's and I first home purchase. we purchased the home in late 2015 and were very happy with the price of the home. We were caught in the trades strike and got delayed for a few months but that wasn't really the builders fault. we did have a few cosmetic issues with the home when we took possession but everything was noted on Tarion and was repaired in a timely fashion. No issues like anyone is stating with water damage or leaking pipes. Also the service men that came to do the repairs were very friendly and flexible on what dates and times they would be able to show up.

To sum it all up we had an excellent experience buying our first home and we are very happy with the home we purchased. I would recommend this builder to other people.

I have recently moved into my Gold Park home in Angus and we are extremley happy with the service. There were a few non-major issues when we initially moved in (as we have experienced with our previous builder), however the customer service rep was quick to resolve our issues and made us feel very important. Thank you for everything Gold Park! it has been a great journey and we are so happy to grow and build as many memories as possible in our new home.

My experience has also been extremely disappointing. This Builder takes your money and then wants nothing to do with you or your new home issues. Please save yourselves the headache and buy from a reputable Home Builder who actually cares about their purchasers and who prides themselves in the quality of the work they do. So, just walk away, you'll be happy you did. Company is run by a bunch of cowboys.

This Builder has been a nightmare! Bought our house August of 2015 (over a year ago) was suppose to move in March 2016 got 3 delays as we watch other homes that had not yet been sold being built and put up for sale under inventory!
The decor centre for our interior selection was the worst experience ever, our appointment was first thing in the morning and we were there till 5pm, the standard stuff was very dated and no variety at all. Everything is an upgrade, and they didnt have the prices available, anything that we inquired about pricing took forever to find out!

The emails we have sent to the builder are not always acknowledged, we have gotten an email (not a call) from the tile company 3 weeks from our closing saying the tile we picked is not available and we need to rush in to go pick a different tile. Over the phone we were told that we can do a tile upgrade level 1 or 2 by Stacey at the head office and then when we did pick the upgraded tile they said we misunderstood and we are not offered any type of compensation what-so-ever, had to go back again a 2nd time that week to pick another tile in the standard.

when building the home, after the frame they are to put sheathing and there were large areas (more than one spot) where it was missing large area of Sheathing... and they bricked the house right over it without the Sheathing!
We had to go through the town inspector to assure that the Sheathing was done.

We havent moved in yet and we are so very disappointed already with everything so far.

Bought a new home from Gold Park Homes Angus, and has been the worst home buying experience ever!! We have purchases 3 new homes in the past, and Gold Park homes has most definitely been the worst experience to date!! I would never purchase a new house from this builder again!! After 1 year of delays watching every house be built besides ours, we are told to now that our finishing materials that we selected over a year ago, are delayed and we need to re select in order to have our house built on time!! Nothing but headaches and deception from start to soon finish!! Buyer beware!!!!!
