Dec 2018 removal and disposal of existing bathroom back to studs: tub, toilet, cabinetry, flooring, baseboards, ceiling tiles.
All work was completed on time and at the price quoted. No surprises!
We are looking forward to working with Chris again in Jan 2019 to design and install an accessible bathroom & to relocate our laundry room to accommodate the changing needs of aging homeowners.

The first job was fairly small, and Chris was very efficient at his work and accommodating to our schedule. The outside driveway and walkway was a fairly major project. Chris supplied some options for colours and options for the design. We were actually on vacation when he completed the work, and were extremely pleased with the final outcome. We liked Chris's work ethic and creativity in the design and re-use of many of the interlocking bricks that we replaced. Chris is a skilled and trustworthy renovator whom I wholeheartedly recommend to any customer - we are happy to have his contact information and will be using Chris on our next project.

We have used Top To Bottom to do various jobs at our home over the past couple of years. Would highly recommend them to friends and family and have done so. Great quality work, reliable and professional; traits that aren't easy to find when hiring a contractor. We will definitely be using them for further work.

The wind blew parts of my backyard fence down. Chris and his partner came in and removed the 3 posts and put in 3 brand new posts and brought my fence back to life. I was extremely pleased with the end product. Amazing workmanship and I would recommend him.

Chris was very professional, responsive and did a great job for a fair price. Will be doing more work with him in the spring for a privacy wall, deck, etc.

After a wind storm, a few panels of my fence snapped at the bottom of the weak 20 year old posts. The company did not try to up sell me - they saw that the panels and lattice were intact and only recommended the installation of new poles. I chose them instantly after that for the honesty in their quotation.

They came by a few days after my initial phone call, impressive considering the time of year is likely to be high season. Digging out poles and installing new ones is very hard work and I have total respect for the workmanship and speed of the Top to Bottom crew.

I would consider Top to Bottom for all my future landscaping and renovation needs. They have earned the highest rating above and beyond.

We recently hired Chris to completely renovate our Master Bathroom Ensuite. The old bathroom, 30 years old, was completely gutted. New doors, framing, electrical, lighting, plumbing and tiling were all installed. I provided Chris with a plan and he followed it exactly as per our instruction, often with his own recommendations to make the renovation experience even better. I would recommend Chris and his team with confidence for any renovation and landscaping project on your property.

Chris and his team installed front walkway and rear patio stonework (approx. 400 sf), along with 4 - 6" x 6" posts for a pergola I will be completing. The work was well done, and he was able to work with us to create a nice pattern - even adjusting on-the-fly to account for some design changes. The project was completed on time for a price that was on par with or better than other quotations we received.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job on our front and back yards. Their work was really great and we found Chris to be very honest, accommodating with changes, and came up with a lot of great ideas to improve the design. He even fixed existing areas to improve the function. The whole crew worked really hard and took care to do a great job. All in all we had an excellent experience and now we have a beautiful yard to enjoy.

Had to gut the perimeter of my side and backyard of growth and lay down some river rock. I was tired of digging out weeds every year and not planting any shrubs or flowers. Chris and his guys completed the job in 4 days. Although some weeds grew through the fabric and screening, overall Chris did a good job and even came back to get rid of the weeds. Considering him to do my bathroom and maybe kitchen in the future.
