Summer of 2023 we unfortunately experienced a hail storm that pummeled our neighborhood and ended up destroying our siding and roof (along with many of our neighbors). Insurance was great and provided a list of contractors that they recommended, we choose to work with Hubbard and i cannot say enough about the great experience we had with them. Overall they were some of the most professional people i have worked with in a long time. From the very beginning where Don came and provided a quote, answered questions and helped work directly with insurance and got us more reimbursed than originally in the claim. The crews on site were so great, the work was meticulous and the outcome was better than we could have hoped. The whole Hubbard team was always ready to work with us, to answer our questions and ensure that we got the look and outcome we had asked for. The house looks phenomenal, all the neighbors have commented to us. I would highly recommend, and have already recommended to others, to work with Hubbard. I cannot say enough good things about the ease and professionalism they showed.

We had hail damage to our roof and siding in July. Hubbard was recommended to us by friends and so we went with them. Don was on holidays but called us anyhow and set up a day for him to come and assess the damage after his holiday . He is very professional and gave the insurance company all the info and pictures required. The finished product looks awesome. All of the workers were professionals and made sure everything was cleaned up on completion. The work had a final inspection by the company .

We recently had mine and my neighbors roofs reshingled by Hubbard Roofing. We were originally planning on having them done last year but some personal situations put that on hold. When I called to have a new quote done(expecting it to be more), I was pleasantly surprised that they would be honoring the quote from a year ago. My neighbor and I were extremely grateful and immediately booked our time slot to have the work done! Thanks Sarah!
From the beginning of the work until after completion, the roofers were very considerate of surrounding plants, etc. And Stefan answered all the questions and concerns that we had. Who also came by to fix an issue with the eaves that were replaced on my neighbors side. All in all we're very happy with the end product and will be recommending them to friends and family in the future! Thanks again team Hubbard!

We are glad to find Stefan to do roof repair for our new home. He was very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us patiently. When Stefan showed us the picture of the repair, we could easily tell how passionate and proud he was for the work he's done for us. We contracted Hubbard last September to replace a wall that had been damaged by Flickers (woodpeckers). We were promised our job would be done the following summer. Then they promised to get to us before the snow. Meanwhile water was seeping through the wall and had stained our living room ceiling. Hubbard finally started work on November 13 after a big snowfall and during fairly cold weather. The crew removed the siding and saw that the insulation was full of black mould, but intended to finish the wall without removing the damaged insulation. I assumed Hubbard would have known to expect mould after being told repeatedly about water seepage, and I assumed our estimate included new insulation. We were never given a detailed contract. Therefore, we had to pay an additional charge for insulation. The men put a birdhouse on the wall which I did not want, and I am waiting for them to come back and remove it.

Full removal of our 25 year old cedar shakes and on wth the asphalt shingles. We were not even here for the work and did not need to be. Looks great. They showed up when they said they would and everting was clean when they left. They even had to shovel off the snow in the roof so not rain tested yet.

Hubbard Roofing reshingled our house and garage roof in September of 2022. The process from quote to completion was lengthy due the number of customers Hubbard had, it was within the quoted time frame. The original quote was given and a few problems with old roof were identified and a solution was promised. The work done on site 4 days, the removing of the old roof was very clean, the shingling was excellent, new roof vents were added and look very good. I was very impressed with the crew that came out, clean and tidy every night. Mr Hubbard came out to do a final inspection a few days later and gave his okay on a job well
done. Excellent work and excellent company!

We had 4 quotes for roof replacement, although Hubbard was a bit higher, which the sales person said on the first phone call, what sold us was the attic inspection before the roof went on and the post install inspection. The technician came by, went through our 3 attics and gave us piece of mind there were no outstanding issues and some no pressure recommendations for the future. The crew was quick and professional. They cleaned up everyday and left our driveway and yard same as before they came. We even had neighbors come by and mention how professional they were. The office staff communicates fast and effectively. We were never left in the dark during the whole process.

While we booked the job in April, due to extreme heat thru July/August, job started 3rd wk of Sept. Single roofer showed up on Saturday and Sunday, (not expecting that!) and completed work on Monday with a team mate. Work was completed to our satisfaction and much quicker than we anticipated! One issue that happened Sunday was rectified Monday morning, impressing us with their speed of solving the issue!
Only concern was cleanup Monday evening. It was dusk to getting dark, and there were nails left behind on the driveway. Prior to pulling our vehicles into the garage, we did a walk around and found lots left behind. I certainly understand one or two, but this was more than that. I was going to discuss when the owner did the walk around inspection, but missed him, and the workers when they returned for additional caulking
This was brought forward to the team thru the main office.
