Reborn Renovations

I don't often do reviews but I was so impressed with the workmanship and how professional the tradesmen were for Reborn Renovations that I felt I should take the time to do so. I had my basement developed with a kitchen, both done by Reborn. The price was very fair for how difficult the job was. The Reborn team were polite and courteous and on time. Right from the start they took extra measures to cut down on the dust and to protect existing carpet (they laid down an adhesive type poly on the floor and carpet which I had never seen before). They recommended Roxul sound insulation for sound proofing which I had not considered but am very happy that I had them install it. They installed 18 pot lights which had a tight tollerance on the trim and they all fit perfect. The gyprock and taping was far superior compared to the job my house builder did on the main floor of the house. The kitchen cabinets and the color they helped me select look great. A cabinet had to be special built to encase a stacked washer and dryer and match the rest of the kitchen. They recommended and installed a cork backed vinyl wood type flooring which was a little more in cost than regular flooring but worth the extra warmth and feel on the feet. The whole experience went a lot smoother and easier then what I had initially hoped it would be. When I renovate my main kitchen area I will definitely use Reborn Renovations again and would recommend them to family and friends.

ReBorn Renovations (ReBorn) transformed our 1997 home into a beautiful modern living space. We would like to thank Mike at ReBorn along with the trades people (Derek, Shelly, Norm, Jordan, Trevor, Ryan, Kahid, Graham, Doug, Bob, Richard, Mario, Jose, Gerald) and if we missed anyone our apologizes. All these trades’ people were very pleasant and have a high standard of expertise. We would like to thank Danielle from Kara Interior Design for all the help in picking out the selections and design. We would strongly recommend taking advantage of this service. One item to note is ReBorn fronted some of these design costs. Our entire main floor went from a simple ordinary living space to a beautiful master piece. Our renovation was a full transformation from the ceiling to the flooring. This included transforming an adjacent bedroom to our master bedroom into a huge walk in closet, full new kitchen rework, new pot lights, new bathrooms, stone work and the list goes on. This project was over three months, but was completed almost to the day that Mike projected. This alone shows the experience that ReBorn has to offer. There were many change orders during the process, but the schedule stayed on track. The Team and resources that ReBorn has available and Mike’s ability to adjust to these change orders he kept the project moving. ReBorn utilizes a software program “BuilderTrend” which kept the construction on track. A great communication, scheduling and cost tracking tool that can be accessed by any computer or an APP on your phone. At completion of the main floor ReBorn has been very accommodating in making sure all the final touch-ups are being addressed and that the results are kept at a high standard. We are very pleased with the final results of this renovation and would highly recommend ReBorn to anyone looking at a simple kitchen prefacing to any major renovations!

He hired Reborn Renovations to install some built in cabinets and a pantry to our mud room. They delivered on everything they promised and we were very impressed with the quality of the trades that were used. The attention to the fact that we were still living in the house well the work was happening and the attempts to keep the dust and mess controlled really impressed my wife.

We hired Reborn Renovations to help us complete our unfinished basement. For us it was important to not only hire a general contractor based on price, but also one who was capable of producing high quality results while adhering to our budget, scope and schedule.

We dealt with Bob, Don and Mike at Reborn and are very pleased with the results. They were able to deliver the expected results on budget, scope, quality and mostly schedule (our project was delayed by a week due to personal illness). We appreciate their responsiveness, coordination, attention to detail, recommendations and guidance throughout the renovation process. We hired Reborn Renovations to remove 5 walls and totally renovate our main living area. We redesigned our kitchen, main bathroom, added a mud room, redesigned our ensuite with a soaker tub and a steam shower.
Reborn promised us if they could start September 1 our house would be move in ready December 15.
With position date issues, we delayed Reborn until September 20. We moved into our home December 15, kitchen was not usable but it was fully functional December 23.
The trades that reborn uses are the best I have seen.
Did we have issues along the way, yes of course we did - but Bobby made sure everything was to our satisfaction before they continued.

Reborn was able to turn my old outdated kitchen into my dream kitchen. They followed through with the amount quoted and were very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend their services. They are well priced and completed the job in a timely fashion. We also had them start our basement renovation. They were very flexible with our costs and completed their portion of the basement when they said they would.

I needed crown molding installed on my main floor of my 100 year old house. ReBorn Renovations were very prompt in providing me with an accurate quote (quoted price was what I ended up paying) and they were very prompt in completing the work. Since my house is old, I have many difficult angles that they needed to negotiate. They did an excellent job on the install and we are very pleased with the work. Communication throughout was also excellent. I would definitely use them again.

I bought a brand new townhouse with a very small master bedroom, so i contacted Reborn to see if i was able to tear down a wall and combine two bedrooms into one. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process as I had no idea what I was doing - at all. They were extremely thorough and very clean throughout the process which was important because this was a brand new place. They kept me in the loop on the process and schedule and next steps. All the guys I dealt with were extremely polite, informed, and responded in a timely fashion. I'm extremely happy with their process and the renovations look amazing - Top Notch! Would highly recommend ReBorn Renovations!

We decided to let Reborn help us get rid of our
honey oak bannister, mantles and kitchen cupboards.
It was scary and messy but totally worth it all.
The results were amazing. We have a totally given our house a updated look.. The Reborn team kept us totally in the loop
from start to finish. We would totally recommend them
