We found Larry through a HomeStars bidding process and we were not disappointed. Initially I was nervous because his guy could not come out to quote for 2 weeks and I thought that meant they would be slow or overbooked for our project but boy were we wrong. Once we set a date Larry was on top of everything. His calm, cool demeanour is what is needed in this industry & he is reassuring. He is knowledgeable and his guys are the same. The project cane in on budget and in time. We are actually going to have him come back to do more work. Totally worth it!!

I'm pretty handy when it comes to renovations around the home, however, there are things I either won't do (for safety) or can't do (meeting code). I have used Maher now three times while renovating my basement: to wire a new fireplace into the panel, mud drywall and put a basement window back in. The service was fast, done well and the contractors were friendly and competent. I will call Larry and his team in the future any time I need the help.

We needed some work done, drywall, framing, etc and reached out to Larry at Maher Construction. He was prompt, friendly and professional and managed to squeeze us in early. Steve came by and did amazing work, going above and beyond. Would 100% recommend Larry, Steve and Maher Construction and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Needed some assistance in finding a leak in our home and we were looking for a contractor that woukd he access to several different trades to help up open up walls and repair different parts of our home. Larry was very responsive, one of the few that got back to us right away. Came by and provided an immediate quote. All trades that have come so far were scheduled right away and were great, prompt and took precautions protect the home and clean up afterwards. Larry continued to follow up and confirm progress.

I have worked with Larry on a few office renovation projects. The most recent work was for about 3000 sq feet. The work was completed on time and on budget. Project management was excellent. The quality was excellent as well and very few deficiencies were noted. Overall I would recommend Larry highly. You will not be disappointed.
