I am absolutely elated with the professionalism and honest work Mark and Jane has put into our glass railings. They are a work of art! When we first looked into getting our glass railings done, we e-mailed Ontario Custom Glass and was delighted to have received a prompt phone call. Mark came to do an estimate the very next day. Mark and Jane did exactly what was promised: guaranteed customer satisfaction , outstanding work completed in a phenomenal timely fashion. The end results have exceed out expectations. I highly recommend Mark and Jane, It does not take long to realize just how much they love their choice of trade and my new glass railings prove that they take pride in their work.

They were quick and kind and work was professional. Shower looks great. I would recommend them to friends and family. Price was fair and they cleaned up after themselves before they left.

We believe that our elderly parents were conned by the owner of this company. His tactic is bait & switch. At the first meeting, he was very friendly and agreeable and they were excited to work with him. They agreed on a price and paid a 50% deposit. The next time he arrived, he wanted an extra $900. When they did not agree to this change in the contract, he became ill-mannered. They asked to cancel the agreement and he agreed verbally to return the deposit but only sent back $60 of the $1470 paid. No work was done. If you check BBB and online reviews carefully, you will see a pattern. We urge you to protect yourselves from people like Mark.

BEWARE. Mark took 50% down payment, came in and broke the shower door during install. Said he would be back but never showed. After a month of emailing he said he'ld come back if we paid another $750 for changing the swing of the door. We never changed anything and in fact we were left with shattered glass in our garage that he never cleaned up! Nice until he gets your money. Check BBB!

It's been over a year and we are still dealing with these folks (Mark & Jane). They have been unresponsive, performed shoddy work on the installation (cap nuts fell off in winter, rust on most posts, it took Mark over 8 months to finish off the brackets holding the glass panels). While they did attempt to paint over the rust in order to conceal it, it didn't last two months. I would NEVER hire this company again, and I will make sure I tell as many people as I can!
